VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES!! First off, they delivered us another tables food, one of the dishes was the same thing I ordered, so I took a couple bites, not knowing it wasn't mine. The waiter came to table to pick it up, AND SERVED IT TO THE TABLE, EVEN AFTER I TOLD HIM I ATE SOME!!! Then when he delivered the check, he stood there to make sure I tipped, looked at the amount, and commented "that's all"!! (I tipped 20%). VERY RUDE!! Will never go back again!!
We ordered Shrimp Not chicken and we got the chicken brought to us. I specifically let the manager know its my first time their. The lady with the red shirt. I told her if i could get the right food I ordered please. With manners of course. Something they lack at this spot. They rush you for everything. Not relaxing. Worse then panda. Panda is actually way better. The manager was screaming and raised her voice at us saying we ordered the chicken not shrimp. I told her sorry but in that case we are leaving. She said well pay for the food. We didn't even touch the food. She still made us pay for the drinks. The manager short handed me on my 10$ drinks I paid for. I gave a 20 she gave me 8$ Back. You want horrible Customer service trashy slimy chicken. Rice looked like trash. Oh not to mention prices are not up to food standards. Overpriced. Stick to Panda not here. Oh and I had my daughter with me and my daughter was saying why is the lady screaming and I felt bad for my mom and dad that were with us as well.
Very very bad....Service is miserable!We ordered Kung Pao Shrimp and received a Shrimp & Mushroom dish and upon calling they argued with us then stated they are running low on ingredients. So what.... they make you what ever they feel like.Don't order from this place.
Too expensive for what it was. Food was okay. You're mostly paying for the atmosphere.
Great food and nice clean environment, attentive and nice staff, its a good place I think is overlooked by its location.
Food was good except for the sweet and sour pork. The meat bits are tough. It has to be prepped and frozen elsewhere, delivered, and warmed up to serve. It is disgusting.The food should be brought to the table hot. Not warmOur server was so very good. He should get a raise.We were there Sunday, 12/26/21.
First time getting food here our go to Chinese is not very go to any more. Looking for a replacement.A bit pricey but will try again as the food was very good
The food is good but the servers were three worst I've ever experienced in life they walk around like zombies with a sour faces. I had to walk up front to get more napkins and such. While eating one came up and tried to take my plate... Clearly I was still eating! Nobody checked to see if the food was ok,? Water glass was empty. I go to register to pay cuz nobody came to clear my plates and they were on their cell phones and they pretended to be doing something. I had a mask on when I came up to the register and they had the audacity to tell me to move to the other side of the table but yet when they were at my table taking my order she was touching my leg that’s how close she was! I have never stiffed a waitress and today was the first day I left a zero tip and wrote on the paper worst service ever! A note to the owners if you don’t get rid of these girls they will take your place down there was only four tables and I couldn’t even get their attention.although the food was good the servers ruined my whole visit I will never come back!
