very polite ,fast service. very clean friendly server's.
Love this place only thing is that we wanted music that day and they only played a certain kind from a station. Maybe they need a judebox or something similar. I don't mind paying for the songs I enjoy. Food was delicious, drinks amazing our waiter was fun and was on top of our service.....we honestly loved everything but the music issue.
Not good service. They give the wrong orders for the kids. We ask for chicken quesadillas and brought us grill cheese. Chicken Fajitas no taste no flavor no seasoning. Bottles of ketchup empty. Wow this was not even e good service at all. On top of that the food was so late. We asked if the Campechana had fish and they said yes but it didn't have any. They employees didn't even know what comes in the plate.
Great atmosphere! One of the servers was great but literally the others acted like we were bothering them. They would come check the front half of the table to see if we needed anything, but the 2nd half clearly had empty cups. We tried to get their attention & they would keep walking (2-3 feet from the table). ? The irritation started B4 we noticed 2 forks and 3 knives were disgusting & 2 of our cups had lipstick (I don't mean light; I mean I could put it on my lips & it would show a light coverage of pink). Either they were never cleaned or the dishwasher is broken. 2 of our plates were not correct. The gentleman who helped was really polite and apologetic but we still received a different cup with something black floating. Once again, great atmosphere but service was not!
first time trying this restaurant and the food was great. and the prices was nice also. will be back
Service is decent at best,but what do you expect for Hemet. They foods rather good and their drinks are great. Oddly enough they have the best buffalo chicken strips in town.
Service was rude, slow, just flat out ignored me. Food was icky and way tiny portions. Margaritas were fantastic. So it gets 2 starts instead of 1.
Seated in bar with friends. Short staffed. No drinks for 20 minutes. Meals took over an hour. Bathroom without toilet paper and toilet full. Food fine. Waited too long for bill after such poor service. Server had to come ask us to remind her of what we each ordered. Asked for manager and reported experience. No real apology. Took off charges for one person in group. Girl tending bar clearly overwhelmed, unorganized, possibly new, and management clearly not caring by not giving honest apology or help to the server or maintaining bathroom! Will drop to the bottom of my list for Mexican food.
Horrible experience... seen a mom complain her child was served a cup that has lipstick which means she was drinking someone else's saliva. The male server then had the nerve to hit the poor Dad a few times and had him on the floor. They never Apologized or helped the family out. Someone should call HEALTH DEPARTMENT. COVID exist now, they are dangering lives.
The food, drinks & service were great! I'll definitely be back. This place is a hidden gem.
