Order was incorrect and was calling to try to get it fixed. First call was on hold 7 min and got disconnected. Called again was on hold 6 min then just gave up. Went to store called again and watched for 5 or more min whilke no one even went near a phone..
BEWARE WHEN ORDERING PASTA!I just ordered a Chicken Alfredo Pasta and when I went to open the box the pasta had no Alfredo sauce. When I went to return and ask the guy why was there no sauce , the manager told me that you had to ask for Alfredo Sauce in your pasta. So next time when ordering pasta make sure to ask for Alfredo Sauce , they should change the name of the pasta to chicken and noodle pasta with a side of Alfredo sauce.
I placed an order of pizza,pasta, sandwich and dessert. When I received my order the pasta we got was not what we ordered so I called and let Robert at the store know what was wrong with our order, he then offered to send us the correct pasta and it would be another 45 mins. I had now been over an hour and I just received a call they were on their way to deliver my pasta. This is not the first time I have had issues with this store.
I ordered today Dec 22nd, 2021 @6:33pm. Picked up around 7pm. I specifically asked for no bacon in my cheesy bread cause i don't eat pork whatsoever. Also i asked for hot buffalo boneless wings and was served plain wings with 2 sides of buffalo sauce. The only thing even right was the pizza. ? ? It sucks cause now i only have plain wings. ? i was so looking forward to the cheesy bread.
I have never posted criticism of any business but this time I cannot let this go.On 11-3-21 at 9:15 I placed a call to this dominos in Hemet.A place that I have ordered at frequently over the last 10 years.I had a really bad experience there once last January but never vocalized it.I sat on hold and heard the phone being picked up and being put back on hold again twice during my call.I decided to drive and place my take out order in person but continued to stay on the phone in case they answered and take my order this was a total of 12 min.I get to the location and the main worker an adult male dark hair with a dangling cross earring was leaning against the wall talking with employees as my call was being ignored.I held up my phone to show him that I have been on hold for 12 min.He shrugged it off so I go to place my order and the guy tries to charge me 39 dollars for two large one topping pizzas.I canceled my order and he locks the door behind me even though the closing time is 10:00pm.It was obvious that the guy just wanted to go home.I went down the street to blaze pizza and they were more than happy to take my order.Not sure why this location is like this but whoever is in charge there really needs to get a clue.If there is no response to this post from dominos I’ll never give them my business and will let all my Friends know how much they suck.
If I could post 0 stars I would I specified ***well done*** its even marked on the receipt why is my pizza barely cooked at all and doughy ? Pan suppose to have 2 layers of cheese I paid for extra cheese why is it barely cheese? The wings I ordered barely any hot sauce drizzled and not thoroughly cooked, I'm afraid to eat them they're so slimey and undercooked does your staff not know about undercooked chicken and salmonella? Never had a problem in several years until this order. I've tried to call the store several times and no one answers. Doesn't matter if your busy and understaffed your dealing with food and peoples health none the less I paid about $50 for a order that wasn't thoroughly cooked and in my case not what I ordered. The store definitely needs a orientation by corporate to bring them up to code. Not too mention aside by the rest of the horrors took about an hour to deliver, site quotes 35 minutes. If you order from here proceed with caution!
We have been ordering at this location for years. Not sure if owner has changed but customer service we received was horrible. We have to drive in to pick up our pizza, 2 of 4 pizzas were wrong, we called and received a credit for the two. When I called in to order and get our credit the "Manager" said we had already used it. Not true. She refused to tell me when, what, or who ordered. She said she spoke to other managers and they didn't remember giving it to me. She refused provivime with the corporate number and wouldn't tell me the general managers name that I am supposed to talk to stating " she wasn't allowed to tell me." She said she ditwant to talk to me anymore, I was waiting her time (I have it all recorded). When I said we would be happy to come down and discuss it and order she said don't bother she can't help us. Wow, horrible customer service.

We ordered last night from Florida Ave and Kirby location.. Delivery was fast and the driver was very nice. My husband had a medium pepperoni and sausage pizza. I ordered a gluten free pepperoni and onion. Husband's was great- loaded with toppings. My gluten free had barely 1 pepperoni per slice- that's 8 pepperoni pieces and a small sprinkling of onion. I was pretty hungry so of course I ate it- after adding more pepperoni from my freezer! We've ordered a couple of times before and it was so much better- maybe they have a new cook or something?? I will try one more time, but honestly, the pizza I make at home on gluten-free pita bread is better tasting than what I got last night...I wish I had taken a picture!
The service was fast and friendly, but I recommend not getting the wings.I ordered 2 8 pice buffalo wings, and the first 4 were all fat with little to no real meat. I squeezed each of the others and they were mush as well.Ended up throwing $20 worth of food away.
