Tara at the register this morning seemed to have left her manners at home with her customer service... And oddly i was charged double for 1 french toast that clearly has the price on the menu, and the inside was the texture of PUDDING due to being terribly undercooked... THEN i was charged 4.29 for a small cup of orange juice... $4??? And my silly self still left a tip on a to-go order. After bad customer service, subpar food, overpriced items and from a place dirty that you'd rather take food to go than to dine in... Actually, just dont even come here...

I should of took a picture. But I didnt. Dose anyone remember there GREAT PRICES for breakfast meals? Now they are so OVERPRICED I just ordered and left. I can't comment on service but it seemed ok. The food was not good and my order was wrong. I should've examined it before I left. I shouldn't have to though!.
The only think that was quick about the service was how fast we got seated. There was only a few people on there and it still took almost a hour to get our food. Probably won't be coming back. I'll wait the 2 hour wait at IHOP
Food was good. Had the spicy entree skillet. Some more pepper sauce would have been nice. Nothing bad, nothing great. Service was okay. I had to ask for my refill on coffee twice. I never like that. If a person is drinking coffee , keep him filled up and hot.
Nasty Attitude by Destiny!!! Order a steak well done. I literally left my house at 11pm New years eve and they gave it to me burnt!!! The cook yelled from the back are you serious!! Why would I accept charcoal burnt steak. Manager didn’t care! Should have taken my $18 else where. Then they brought me a bloody steak running are in the bowl. the manager say it was bloody the cook yell What now! Never seen anything like this!
After about 1/2 hour waiting for breakfast .. We finally asked .. They went to "check" and came back with our plates which consisted of COLD scrambled eggs and pancakes weren't even warm enough to melt the butter. It was raining when we went in and I left my Black NIKE jacket with a warm gray liner and a white stripe going down the arm ... And when I went back in to get it ... They said it wasn't there. I still can not believe that the guy that cleared the Table literally stold my NIKE Jacket ... I even talked to manager about it and he didn't even care that he had a thief working for them. That particular Denny's has really gone down hill. The food, service & management are less .. Much less than even one star. I'll give a $50 reward to anyone that catches the theif wearing my jacket ... ??
So my boyfriend and I came to have lunch, first thing first is that the waiter gave us dirty menu’s. Second we ask for a to go box for our left overs. That to go box was very dirty she expect us to use a dirty box for our left overs. Once we pay our meal.. the waiter came after us outside and asking us to leave a tip. She ask if she did something wrong I said yes. You were giving us dirty things. Then said that’s how she makes money through our tips I said I understand but leaving a tip is optional. Then she got all mad and went back inside.
They serve fried eggs on their Classic Eggs Benedict. Need I say more?I will say the service was exemplary, though.
Ordered the breakfast Santa Fee Skillet yesterday at 7am. Was not good. Sausage was completely burnt. Very little cheese. Was told the flour tortillas came with the meal at no extra charge. And yet when I got the bill I was charged for the 3 tortillas despite being told they were included in the meal at no extra charge. When asked by the waitress and the cashier how was my meal I told them both it wasn't good and why. They never apologized or made a comment on my statement. DON'T EAT HERE IF YOU ARE EXPECTING GOOD SERVICE OR GOOD FOOD.
