They seem lazy here, I ordered a macho fry and the fries were old and it was only filled half way. Not to mention if you pay for extra cheese, like I did, they charge you and give you half what they would regularly give. I also ordered extra secret sauce on the side and the charged me but I didn't receive it. I will not go to this location again. I'll spend the extra time to go to San Jacinto or Valley Vista locations from now on. It's a shame.... they are more about rushing the orders through then their quality of the orders, management should learn to balance speed and quality better.
Out of all the del taco locations I’ve been to, this one is definitely the worst. My taco barely had any contents inside. It was literally just the shell. This is not the only time I’ve had a bad experience here because a while back ago I had ordered a burrito and the rice inside was severely undercooked. It felt like biting little plastic bits. These guys need to get their act together.
WORST SERVICE EVER...I was the ONLY Customer, drive through, ordered ONE combination burrito. There was literally a very small spoonful of meat, NO cheese and the worst beans EVER. How can they screw one burrito up with only one customer...VERY BAD
Had a bit of a line tonight but I think they handled it pretty good it was not a tremedous wait it moved...employees are great! They make sure they catch exactly what you said instead of just putting in what they think they heard ,besides it being a little tight the size and space I give them 4 stars
Shout-out to the cashier who runs the drive-thru. Not an easy task while you have construction noise on top your head and throughout the parking lot with a side of heavy winds but the deed was done and my food was great!
Last week I picked up 4 Tamales from the local Del Taco. And when I got home and both my wife and I ate one each and found the Del Taco Tamales were a total waste of our hard earned money. They were grainy totally had zero taste.I have eaten my share of store bought to home made and these Tamales were totally GARBAGEOn a scale of one being the very worst and ten being great these Tamales were a minus one thousand
25 minutes I'm still not up to the window, only 4 cars in front of me, Monday December 20 WOW! I could of made better food so much faster, even though it's not right in front of me already prepared
They don’t know how to read online orders. I’ve had at least three separate occasions where they don’t package my sauce. UPDATE: after forgetting again, kyler Dorsey brushed off my complaint because it wasn’t his order that was messed up.
Check your drive thru order. Had to go inside and get the quesadilla that missing.
I was very busy that day and forgot that I had been there. They were busy too so it took awhile to get my order. Perfectly understandable.
