Pulled up to the store at 8:40pm and the hours on the door state the hours are till 9:00pm and the doors are locked. Why have hours of operation if you don't keep them.
I wish they would wear name tags so I could say who the rude guy that works here is. The attitude of this guy makes me second guess coming here every time. He's the tall chubby one with curly hair, glasses and paints his nails. Seriously rude not just to me but to my kids as well! An ice cream shop should be a fun thing for kids.
The young lady that served me today was excellent. She was very nice and her customer service was great. She was working alone and there was a line of 3 people in front of me and she served us all with grace and attention to detail.
I just visited this location with my 2 children and was absolutely shocked to see the way the Manager/Owner treated her staff. She spent our whole visit yelling at her staff member and being disrespectful to her. Not only was she incredibly rude to her own staff but she was terribly rude to us. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone simply because of the horrible, disrespectful attitude of the owner/manager.
So apparently now you're supposed 2 tip the guy for making your ice cream ?
I went in to this cold stone and immediately asked if they have any dairy free options, the lady showed me the 2 sorbets they had available and I said OK great, I tasted it and it was so creamy I asked to confirm that its dairy and lactose free, she replied its the same thing, which is %100 not true. I am allergic to all dairy products. I am a former cheese specialist and a ice cream Creamery should know the difference between lactose free and dairy free. I left with no ice cream because she placed my sorbet ice cream on the cold stone and mixed it with other residential ice cream. Then she got upset when I asked if the cold stone was free of dairy. She said you are lactose free not allergic so it's fine. I told her no I'm actually allergic to dairy. She went to the back to remake my ice cream and said since your allergic you can't have any chocolate chips right... with a terrible attitude. I said " no I can't" she came back and said she didn't have the sorbets I wanted in the back. So I just said never mind.I will try again at a different location.

AWESOME ...... Love this place but I only give it 2 stars because 1. No longer gives free waffle cones to triple A members and 2 no longer sings when you leave a tip.
I went over to this place during the summer to get some ice cream and it was very surprising.The Ice cream flavors and cakes are amazing,stunning and,delicious.The chocolate fudge tasted great and maybe next time,I would come here again and try out more flavors of delicious ice cream. Their customer service are very helpful and so is the staff.They are amazing and overworked,like really.I would like to come over to Cold Stone Creamery next time when I come back.
