It's a bit pricey but it's worth it to see the kids smile they had so much fun I spent $200 , I haven't been to chuck E. Chees in a while, I enjoyed the all the upgrades thats why I gave the 4 stars. The manager should've let us know that they was gonna close the salad bar down early before closing. I understand that the want to get out on time but have the decency to see if anyone wants something before putting it up. Was only to families in the whole establishment. When it was all finished I turned in my points and wanted to buy some prizes they told me that the registers were closed already. While You still had customers in the building. I never leave a bad review but you made my kids cry and they wanted it real bad I had to explain to them they already closed the registers so I couldn't buy them it , I wouldve bought if I could That's the reason I took a star away. I'm sorry to Inform but I will not be returning to this location. ? but don't take my word for it go and check it out it's a really nice upgrade in the games not to much in the food but it was ok , it really was for my kids it was a day for them.
the worst service I have ever received. the menu was super expensive and very limited, no soda machine worked, 2 hours to receive our food and the order was taken wrong, no one checked the entrance or exit of the place, we were celebrating a birthday and they did not have a cake and to complete it there was not even soap in the bathrooms...could they be worse?
Recently went to celebrate my daughter's 6 birthday. Hemet doesn't stamp your parties hand, or check anything when you leave. Honestly for the money I spent there should have been more games working. At least half the games didn't work, but instead of turning them off or putting up a sign they let all the customers assume most if not all worked. They only had 4-5 working selections for drinks, the others broken or not refilled. WOULDN'T recommend
Save your money and go somewhere else. Hair in pizza and ranch. Crummy attitude from jasmine at register. Was suppose to give me the beeper for food. Did not. Went back and ask how am i supposed to get my food...she response oh i left your thing right there....oh okay and how come you didnt hand it to me??? Such a dummy...food left on tables place was not clean. Just a horrible experience. Come here if you want you kids to play a game for 5 seconds. And eat crummy foood and have attitude at register. Will not be coming back. Either will anybody else i came with. $700 spent at the wrong place.....dave and busters here we come.
I like the new pay for time instead of coins / points option. But this location in particular was disappointing. Again another location that does not check the stamps when leaving... child safety was one of their selling points... well no longer. And I ordered two orders of wings. One order only came with 5 wings for 16 dollars.... wow. Over 2 bucks a wing. The other came with like 6 or 7 and did not even taste good.. I know food is their afterthought but that was ridiculous.
I feel bad for the employees because there is only one person section if that. Only one cashier for 7 ppl in line, salad bar now $10.99 but empty, more than half of the tables are empty but no one cleaning, the games are all broken, and one person making the pizza. Never coming back again.
February 2, 2022Pizza took 2hrs. Wings 1 1/2 hrs. No salad for salad bar. No beer. Who's managing this place??4 parties requested refunds and the company is losing alot of money today. It was my families first time to Chuck E Cheese in years and I mean years!( my kids are 13 & 17) We had a great experience the whole staff was very friendly, they did everything they needed to make sure everyone was there was getting the experience they paid for! Keep up the good work! We noticed was a team of ladies holding it down. Great job ladies
The server Thomas or something like that tobias.. but he was incredible .. so helpful with a smile.. he got everything we needed.. my niece was having a birthday party for her son. We had problems with the games and this gentleman was so helpful.. we needed more plates, more forks .. he was amazing...
Horrible customer service. I've never experienced customer service this bad before. Even the manager was rude and would respond to customers with "what do you want". We had issues with balls being stuck in a game and one of the employees told me to climb in and take them out myself. I was shocked to experience such bad customer service.
