love the margaritas ? the chips and salsa are so good
Went and were actually seated right away. This was the end of the good news though. Our waitress was polite but the food took FOREVER to come out and when it did one of our orders were wrong. The waitress tried to convince us this was what we ordered. Seriously?! I think we know what food we ordered. Never offered an apology and it took even longer to get the replacement order. The manager offered nothing but excuses when all we needed was an apology and maybe an expedited order. Afterwards our waitress seemed scared to come to our table. She needed to be flagged down for anything we needed. Not sure if this is the new normal at Chili's but you can bet we won't be back to the Hemet location.
My mom and I went to the Chili’s in Hemet, on Tuesday 4/19/2022, around 11:15am. The manager and the hostess were standing there talking, never acknowledging us. Finally the hostess said it’s a 10 minute wait. No reason why. There was seating everywhere. They just opened at 11. How busy can they be? We went to the restroom and came back. Now can you seat us? She said 10 minutes. We left and went to another restaurant. We were seated right away. Not understanding what their problem was, but I’m the customer. Then Chili’s offered the bar to us… you can get service in there. My mom’s 85 and doesn’t want to sit in the bar. They lost us as a customer, for bad customer service! The manager and hostess can stand around and talk and ignore other customers.
Waited more than double the wait time that they told us. Only to finally be seated and wait just as much time without anyone coming by once, not even to take our drink order :( We notified the hostess that we were ready and again waited and waited for no help. Upon deciding to leave, we notified the Manager who didn’t seem to care about the situation. Save your time, go elsewhere! We went to The Habit and it was delicious! Without the hassle.
Very nice atmosphere just need more employees.
They won’t seat you so you sit or stand and wait even when they have plenty of tables. They are also refusing to hand out menus and tell you to look it up on your phone with a scan pic. This restaurant is very unaccommodating. Service is very slow, seems like bar waitresses group up and talk. Where’s the manager? On a break? We won’t be back, threw away our $40 gift card
Everytime I go to a Chili's I regret it... But here I am. The server was very nice, and the amount of food you get is actually not too bad for the price. However, the food is not great, and the wait times are insane. They are quite understaffed. Also, the cookie dessert was cooked probably 2x times as long as it should have. I would recommend halving the baking time and it might taste somewhat better.
Horrible service, me and my daughter were seated at a table and waited for 15 minutes until we decided to leave. No one ever came to our table and other customers were being waited on. I let the hostess know on the way out.... Gave my business to Red Robbin...
Johnny & Steven were great. Went in for dinner & they were happy to be working. Food was exceptional and will go back soon. Be patient and enjoy.
Love the employees, always so friendly, food is good when there are enough cooks.
