My order was missing items, even after pulling around to the front to have it brought out to me, yet I understand mistakes happen. The reason for the bad review was because I called to notify them of this and not a care was given by the employee. Not an apology or an understanding to make sure it doesn't happen with future customers.At the time around 11:20 it was surprisingly not busy. I was the 1st car and one other customer behind me.
Just went through drive thru. Out of chocolate cakes and didn't tell me until after I paid. Service was quick.
Quick service, food was hot and the coffee was very good.
This is the worst Custermer service I have ever had the front casher is very rude at around1152 to 1159 am this casher made me want walk out .do to her poor language and poor attitude why dose Carl's Jr allow this type casher to work for them I ask the public to not show up around this time she husttle disrespectful and wouldn't give me her name I've been a loyal Custermer since I was a child and I've never experienced such ugly behaver that s angry Mexican lady needs to have more customer experience I gave them a star that's only cause I wanted to write this review .shame on her I'll be telling all my friends and family not to come to new Chicago and Florida for service that's for sure five stars down shame on you !!! Food was cold and the didn't have shakes
I love their chocolate shakes but 1 drink from a shake from there at like 530 pm i was throwing up for hours
Food was hot and freshly prepared. Order was accurate with minimal wait. Most importantly, the speaker ? worked clearly, and person taking order was patient.
It is a Carl's jr, serves good food. Service was fast and friendly. Not so crowded. Easy access off-road.
Stopped in on my morning break. Found the staff to be extremely rude and the restaurant filthy; I walked out without a purchase. Will not be back
Food is always decent and gets excellent marks. Reason for 2 stars:At this location I was not offered a senior discount. When I asked the employee for the 10% discount, she was abrupt and rude. Finally gave me $1.50. Not okay.
