Got order wrong 3 times. First time, gave us someone else's order. Second time gave us fries instead of onion rings. Third time one of the burgers was not the one we ordered.
So I came here today this afternoon I used the drive thru there was not one car there only us we forgot to add something n the young guy with the colorful tattoo on his neck told us oh sorry we don't do add ONS at the window ok whatever we paid for our order $35.09 n he said park infront while we bring u yur food my brother in law got out went inside ordered food came back out with his food meanwhile no one ever brought us out our food we had to go inside to ask for it very bad service.....
Went for a quick breakfast for the family. Ordered a breakfast burrito and 2 bacon, cheese, and egg biscuits. Got to the window and the biscuits had disappeared from the order. Waited for those for awhile. Got home and in the bag was the burrito and 2 biscuits. Unfortunately the biscuits were plain sausage and had ' special' stickers on the wrapper. The kids weren't happy and I'm guessing the person who got my bacon ones wasn't either. I realize it's not brain surgery but for Pete's sake, it ain't that difficult. Is it?

Hours are wrong. And their phone automatically blocks your call. Just a heads up before you drive to them or if you’re waiting like a idiot for 5+ minutes .
Definitely not the charbroiled burger from back in the 90's but the customer service was descent like they greeted me when i walked in and that was nice. The food did make my stomach hurt like H /E Double (L) hockey sticks and that sucks because the food smelled like it would have tasted amazing but it did a dour patch kid on me and went ? bad
My wife and myself tried to eat in this location.Two employees called their attention twice, totally ignored black CP, and another that appears Spanish.There was a totally lack of customer service not even an acknowledge.Left get back asked for unit # black tall lady said 14.
