I was looking at their pictures online and everything looks so good! Decided to give it a first try. I called in to order a side trio of fried zucchini, mushrooms and onion rings. Lady that answered seemed nice over phone. Told me 10 min. Sent my husband to pick it up. He never checks the food before he leaves the establishment. Obviously wrong order when he gets home. (Such an eye roll, I know.) I call back and I explain I was given the wrong order. Same lady as before hangs up on me. I call again, no answer. Good thing I live nearby so I drive over with the food and reciept. When I finally get to the front, same lady tells me I got exactly what I ordered. I tell her she misheard because I wanted the fried trio. She proceeds to argue with me that she can't do anything cause I got what I ordered. Well, I'm ready to argue but thankfully the one cook, decides to just give me what I wanted to originally order. Sadly, I had to wait an extra 30 min in 90 deg weather outside. That's fine, I'm stubborn. Sadly no apologies, or compensation. I did get to talk to some customers and some of them are regulars and admit it depends on who's working. I guess I got the "assertive" crew. Everyone who comes back says their family pack deal is why. I guess it depends on you if the price is worth it. I guess their Trio order combo with chicken strips is a bit more than 17 bucks. What I originally wanted must be around 12 cause I had to grab the menu from the cashier to show her what I wanted.I'll chalk it up to how hot it must be inside but unfortunately, not coming back.
There's no way I will be ordering from this place again. I ordered a double cheese burger and fries. First of all were completely covered in salt. Way too much salt for any one to consume. They were really soggy and super greasy. The burger meat was decent but they slathered the burger with their house sauce and and they over did it cause the burger buns were soggy and falling apart. I ordered it to be delivered not even 1 to 1/2 miles from their location and they charged me a $5 delivery fee. The lady on the phone didn't even give me an exact amount. All she said is that it would be around $20.. $20!! Just for a burger and fries. They charge $.75 for an extra ranch as well. The worst part was the food was cold. I will not be ordering from this location again. Especially when the owner reaches out and tries to justify how bad the service was. Thats just bad service. No thanks.
Me and my brother stopped for a chesseburger, we added fried mushrooms and each had a orange bang...$35 dollars. The burger was good, the mushrooms were good....but $35.00?If we weren't so hungry we would have canceled our order. There are comparable burger joint at $10-15 dollars cheaper...Order taker wasn't too friendly, but the cook was very nice....
The only thing I liked from the 3 meals I got was the grilled cheese other then that it was not worth $63. It says they serve breakfast all day and come to find out when I was ordering they stop at 12. Also when I was ordering a sandwich I asked what comes on it and the cook said it says what's on it on the menu and it doesn't.
I love this place. I visit every time I'm up there from San Diego. I got the family pack and the only negative was that I have to say is the Sprite was out.
Boys Burgers is the perfect spot to satisfy all your cravings. The burgers are juicy but my go-to’s are the chicken club or turkey club. The fried zucchini and onion rings are some of the best I’ve ever had. The batter is perfectly crispy and the house ranch takes it over the top. Don’t forget to try the homemade cheesecake for dessert! You’ll want more than 1 slice. You’ll be met with friendly service, and the owners have been hemet locals for many years. Best food and best value for your money! They have the Best fried zucchini, fried onions, and fried mushrooms! Pastrami fries are delicious and generous! Best homemade ranch dressing so fresh! The homemade cheesecake is delicious too! I ordered a whole cheesecake for a party and it was a hit with everyone! Friendly service ! Give this place a try!
Foods good! However the Fanta orange tasted like the syrup was expired, it made me gag and it’s a little pricey for what it is. The cups get filled to the top with ice so you pay for very little drink :/. Good burgers, but I don’t think I could get drinks from here again.
Found a dead bug on the wrapper of my burger. They denied it was a bug. So gross. Won't ever eat there again!I did speak to someone. I was told it wasn't a bug. I know a bug when I see one!
best place in Hemet to go... delicious food ,and gotta make sure to try the dessert especially the cheesecake all home made and well worth it ..just had the apple pie warmed up... ? ? ?!!!
