This was a much-awaited store here in San Jacinto that everyone watched slowly take shape with a companion Duncan Donuts store in same facility.

It was good, the scoops are now a little in the small size, but it takes good. Don't so much like the mint and chip anymore and that was my favorite, it is minty anymore and that disappoints me. On this night my husband got the banana Royal and I got the brownie sundae. It was fine, but she hardly put any topping on it. Like one squirt of chocolate and whipped cream. The whipped cream was melted before we walked out the door there was so little. I don't even know where it went from the ice cream place to the car, it was non existence. This is my reason for not giving them a five star.

The people there were extremely nice I would go again!

the four eyed guy at the counter left the door unlocked so when I walked in, he said they were closed but had all his friends hanging out inside. he was super rude when he told me he was closed. he also gave me stink eyes. all 4.

Closed without warning or even a sign on the door. Wasted 30 min round trip to this place.

Great ice cream, you should definitely visit. Try the shakes, my favorite is the praline and cream shake.

Great customer service

My experience here at Baskin Robbins is pretty great and well drawn to 31 flavors of delicious, flavored ice cream in Hemet. The best thing I like about this place is the flavoring and delicious Ice Cream and beautiful Ice cream cones. The flavors I have tried are the Reese's,chocolate,Winter White, cookies and Cream, and more.Cold Stone Creamery and Baskin Robbins are the amazing Ice cream stores I have been to here in the Hemet Area.
