Update: it happened again!!!!! No freaking sauces for the second time in a row! Like at this point it’s just ridiculous lol, Jesus that’s really annoying, take off the special instructions choice on DoorDash since nobody seems to follow it at all, why have it there is it’s not even used, that’s beyond rediculous, I even clicked yes on condiments and there’s not a single on in the bag(Precious Review)Ordered on door dash and on special instructions for the meal I asked for extra Arby sauce and when it arrived there was none at all in the bag. Now normally this isn’t an issue if it was just for me I wouldn’t really care, however this order was for my mother who’s been sick with Covid and loves the Arby’s sandwiches for specifically the Arby Sauce on them . So when I’m trying to make her day after being sick in bed, when not being able to leave my home for being sick also, and the one special instruction I had gets ignored it’s very upsetting. Might as well not have the option for special instructions in the first place.
The best customer service in town, I started choking on a curly fry when the kind manager Gerome gave me Heinrich maneuver and I spit the fry out. They gave me a free milkshake to feel better and it was so delicious. Since I only come to Hemet for work once, I will be coming here once week to eat delicious Greek gyros for lunch!! Again. The staff is so kind and the food is always delicious!!
Their 2 for $6 deal is freakn awesome. They don't like to hand out arby and horsy sauce. One thing though is I pulled up about 20 min before they close and was going to ask for the 2 for $6 deal. I asked if they were open at the drive thru and the next thing I know.....bam....the lights turn off. So we got the big F U from the Arby's crew.
Good food but they really messed up our order, asked for a combo got just the sandwich. Asked for the fries and a Dr Pepper at the window and got a root beer ?
I had never been to an Arby’s before until recently. And I was pleasantly surprised. My coworkers kept recommending it to me, so I finally gave it a try. I tried the classic beef and cheddar and it was pretty good. I also tried the buffalo chicken slider and it was great. The mozzarella sticks, curly fries, and jalapeño bites were yummy too. Would definitely come back.
The longest wait in the drive-thru we have in town hands down but sometimes worth the wait. Took about 30 minutes for just 2 cars in front of me. Got to the window after 30 minutes and still was missing items from my order. Have to order extra cheddar sauce on the beef and cheddars to get regular amount. And count your items when you get your order
Call to speak with a manager because our order was wrong... "manager" was so disrespectful she cursed at me because the order was wrong like it was mine fault. She just escalated the issue instead of being a professional and resolving the matter. Is this what the public should expect from ALL Arby's restaurants, or is this just a local matter? Was told we couldn't get our money back because we paid with cash.
I love this Arby's! The employees are very nice and helpful! The food is well made and delicious. The restaurant is clean. If they make a mistake with an order they fix it right away.
went the other night to try the new buffalo wings and ordered a buffalo slider as well, keep in mind it’s my first time trying arbys and wanted to see how it is, the wings tasted like nail polish remover just gross and to top it off they didn’t give me my slider i paid for either, soda was of course watered down, no one in line just me and it took 8 minutes just for that, i’d give 0 stars if possible
Not special today. We got the 2 for 6. I got a chicken sandwich, it comes with cheese but the sandwich was not hot enough to melt it. The cheese looked old and dried up and the sandwich was Luke warm, not hot and juicy. Had much better chicken sandwiches elsewhere. My husband had the Beef and cheddar. While it was warm it seemed to have a lot less beef than when you pay regular price.
