anytime We go if our certain Waiter or waitress is not in We have a horrible time from cold food to bad attitude from staff includingThe Management. However if angel is in She is an absolute delight always on top checking in making sure our cups are full and that we are happy... the same with our favorite waitor... as of now if they are not in when we go ... we will walk out... oh and the hostess as of lately with long dark hair horrible attitude like we are bugging her to do her job & never listens to how many in party or if we want a certain section just plain rude
Our server was a nice young man but not very helpful , the food was very subpar. The Asian chicken salad came with chicken on it that was dry and about 65% breading, the whiskey bourbon burger had an odd cinnamon taste and the fries with it were dry, tasteless and overcooked. My mother in law enjoyed her sirloin, but the broccoli was salty and overseasoned and the potatoes not worth the extra price to have them loaded.
We really like this Applebee's location in Hemet. Very pleasant and helpful employees. The new Bourbon Street Burger ? tasted great. The grilled onions and mushrooms really added to the flavor. The raspberry iced tea was also very good.
Service very steady. Food was hot and served in satisfactory time. Mix up on order but was rectified quickly. Busy for a Wednesday night. Blue Moon served with orange slice and didn't have to ask for it. Excellent
I very much like this restaurant and most of their menu, but I want to warn anyone who wants a prime rib dipper that the meat is extremely salty and come pre seasoned to the restaurant. I love prime rib. I was so disappointed.
The service was good until the end.. took too long to receive the bill. The ribs were a little dry but mashed potatoes and vegetables good.
We love going here as a family. They have great happy hour deals.
I love the fish & chips here. The service was very welcoming, attentive & friendly. If you haven't been here lately ... Time to re-visit ... A wonderful experience and fantastic food.

Went here yesterday for my husbands bday. When we arrived were were automatically greeted by what looked like to be an annoyed employee. She right away tolt us it was a 30 to 40 min wait when clearly there were a good amount of empty tables. There was no where to sit due to it being full with people waiting to be seated. The employees were just standing there talking and laughing not caring about getting people seated. Once the manager came out and saw us all waiting he automatically told them to get everybody seated right away. It took for him to come out for them to seat EVERYONE! that just goes to show how those girls were just being lazy. Once seated our server was great. He was so kind and did everything he could to give us a good experience. I ordered and medium rare steak and it came back so peppery it just wasn't good. I couldn't finish it. My husbands chicken came back hard and barely any shrimp and mushrooms. Other than a good manager and server the food is way too pricey for the quality. We wont be back. Not worth the money.
