Mobile app has been showing no ice coffee for over three weeks when they actually do have it and you can order instore. I have reached out to corporate, to store staff and no one can seem to fix it. To order in store takes way to long for a mom. Getting her kids to school!
Please beware that when someone orders Decaf, they mean it!!! I’m allergic to caffeine and the last 12 hours have been hell.

Starbucks is fantastic as almost always, I've only ever had one bad experience but it wasn't this Starbucks; THIS STARBUCKS, is awesome! I hate saying this, but Ive ordered the same drink online and come to pick up my Nitro Cold Brew with SWEET CREME. And it never has sweet creme in it. Literally every time. I hate complaining but like its so simple and I have to tell them that they missed it since I can tell with the color. Its the only starbucks I can go on my break. I work extra early mornings or late nights and having such a simple mistake like that happen every time is starting to bother me after the 5th time of ordering.
