This is a really comfortable hotel in the centre of Healdsburg, the rooms are lovely, it has a great pool, and the Dry Creek Restaurant is arguably the best restaurant in town. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
HH didn’t disappoint on any level! Check-in was early and fast. Valet was personable, prompt and helpful - she put cold water in the car before we left each time! The complementary continental breakfast had wonderful offerings with high quality yogurt, fruit and pastries; perfect light start to the day. Friendly and super attentive waitstaff for the breakfast and great hot breakfast selections available (for additional $). Our room, a one bedroom suite, was well appointed, spacious and very clean. The complementary snacks (restocked twice a day) were super convenient and useful additions that too were high quality, as were the bath products. Location is absolutely perfect (ask for a room that doesn’t face the square if some street noise does bother you). This is my second stay and it was perfect. Honestly to have this level of service from all employees at a challenging staffing time is impressive and appreciated. We really loved our stay. Can’t wait until we can come back!
Staff was amazing and hotel was super clean and beautiful!!! Great private pool. Was very happy with lobby breakfast and coffee. Use the bikes they are great and there are very easy rides to do. The restaurants in town are all wonderful!!!
Spacious room on Healdsburg AVE. Noisy on Friday night much of night - street and vehicle noise. Staff was great - very helpful and friendly. Their internet doesn't seem to work well with iPads and iPhones - perhaps because they can change their MAC addresses. Not real important as went home after 2 nights and not a lot of time on internet. Their in room coffee pot uses a cartridge meaning it couldn't be used to boil water for tea.
The staff was solid except upon our arrival at the front desk. The hotel is clean, externally visually appealing.Internally the comfort level in one's room/suites needs a serious upgrade. The bed is the most uncomfortable we have experienced in a hotel. The living area furniture is old, missing buttons, etc - and very uncomfortable, the window glass so thin every conversation, outside intimately heard and we were on the 3rd floor.
15 minutes after ordering at the bar no drinks . Reminder at the bar . 10 minutes later no drinks. Walk out . Good but junior staff. It's not their fault. Management want your money but not the responsibility. Avoid
Loved the decor of room. Very comfortable bed. The room and hotel were very clean. Loved the hardwood floors. Complimentary wine, snacks were a plus. Nice outdoor seating areas to sip a glass of wine.
Wonderful hotel with great service. Very clean. Perfect location for visits to local wineries. Great location for dynamic local restaurants all walking distance. Will certainly visit again. Near lots of local shops.
I have stayed at Hotel Healdsburg yearly since shortly after it opened. I love its location, atmosphere, friendly staff, superb concierge (Tegan), welcoming public space with gas fireplace, and many amenities. Dry Creek Kitchen is truly a great experience at the hotel. Guest rooms are ample, good amenities and well decorated. Minor issue: toilet paper is so thin as to be useless. Breakfasts USED to be a full buffet. They are now Continental. For the price charged for a room, a full breakfast should be included.
We just returned from a great girls trip to Healdsburg. The town was perfect - the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The only reason for 4 not 5 stars is that the pull out mattress was unusable in our suite. Other than that we had an amazing trip. The staff at the hotel was unbelievably accommodating, the suite was beautiful and so spacious, the breakfast was perfect and our dinner at Dry Creek Kitchen was simply amazing. I would absolutely go back in a minute!
