The Seghesio Vineyard is such a nice way to experience what makes Sonoma County a first class wine destination.. friendly staff and great varietals. Love this place.
Beautiful setting. Fantastic wines. Tasting was $30 per person and for an extra $5 you could add a library wine to raster against its current version. We spent 90 minutes and enjoyed every second of it. I shall return. Highly reccomended..
Its Old Vine Zinfandel is complexly rich and bold, as its classic name suggests. The host was so nice and attentive too, plus it's quite close to Healdsburg's town square that it's walkable. Go check it out!
Great place to bring a date. I always go alone, but hopefully someday, I'll have a real date. Instead of my palm. After a cozy evening by myself and a lovely bottle of cabernet franc, I enjoy a drive through the winding Hills of Healdsburg. But only after consuming 3 or 4 bottles of their exclusive Cabernet Sauvignon do I feel alive and full of life. I do recommend. And always make sure to drive the long way back. You will probably be in a bit of an alcoholic blur, but it's ok, because everything's going to be alright. That's why!
Incredible wine tasting today at Seghesio! Beautiful outdoor space, but was a little chilly, so we sat inside - very charming tasting room, great wine, and Tony, who explained in detail the history of the wine, winery, and family, were amazing. Walked away with several bottles and can't wait to return!
This used to be one of our favorite wineries to visit, and my Dad and cousins have been club members there forever. But it seems they have new management or a particularly rude and insensitive staff these days. When my Dad, who is 90 and obviously mobility challenged, came by to pick up his shipment, they would not provide him seating. And they were not very nice about it.

Wonderful Reds and knowledgeable staff. Very accommodating. Beautiful grounds and even a bocce court. This is a must if you are in the Healdsburg area.
