This was a horrible experience. My mom got sick from the prepacked apples. The burgers were dry and the bread stale. The fries were old and rancid. We went through the drive through and were already on the freeway by the time we realized our food was not edible. My mom thought the apples would at least be safe so she ate one slice and realized they were not right because they tasted of chemicals and were bitter. Later that night she suffered horrible tummy issues. Do not eat here. It's not safe.
Stopped in at 1130.. nobody answered the board so I drove up.. the one star is due to her being extra sweet. The food was old, hard and disgusting. I got one cheeseburger. Couldn't have been fresh? Gross. Not coming back to this one.
I believe this McDonald's was just upgraded to the latest equipment inside. Service is now faster than ever. Friendly employees and professional service. Only restaurant in Windsor open 24/7 and available 24/7 for Doordash orders.
Food was good but it took a while to get my food

We were out Christmas shopping and wanted a cup of coffee and hash browns....nobody at the drive up and nobody in the dining room...stood there waiting when a worker walked past once, ok, still waiting, did it a 2nd time,.ok, I'll wait, then a 3rd time and we walked out....not a good business model. I will not return to this McDonald's.
Super clean and nice new McDonalds. Terrible service. Unusually slow. Easy parking. Conventiently located right off 101 freeway on Central Healdsburg exit as you’re heading into downtown.
They were open on Thanksgiving, so that was helpful. The drive-thru took a few minutes, but they got my order right. Kudos.
The slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to. No exaggeration at all, an order from inside, it took almost 20 minutes to get two fries. I realized I needed to get one more thing and I was worried if I ordered inside it would be another 20 mins. So I thought they must just be serving the drive thru first. So I got in line with 3 cars in front of me. Thinking I made the right choice. Wrong! After I pulled into the drive thru, they lock you in with a cement block wall, so you can’t off-road over the median to escape. So if you feel like eating here, you might want to pack a lunch to eat while your waiting.
