The food and service at Lo and Behold is top notch. They have an interesting and tasty menu of food items. In particular I enjoyed the Almost Famous Chicken Strips and the Confit Beef Brisket Tacos. The service has always been great and just recently they won an award for their cocktails.
Another delicious lunch at L&B! Service is great, food comes in a timely fashion, and the cuisine is really creative and different!
I love the ambiance of this place! The service was amazing! There were some good dishes but some of the seasoning choices were not complimentary with the food. We tried, ribs, crepe, cod croquettes, fries, clams, and super delicious pandan pudding. I felt that the ribs, fries, clams and crepe tried too hard to be different.
The bowl of lettuce was oily and lacked vinegar in the vinaigrette. The brisket tacos were ok, the consumme lacked flavor. The brine on the chicken tenders was good but they seemed a little over cooked, the meat was chewy and the breading overly crunchy. The mule was tasty!
Iâve been looking forward to dining here ever since it opened and, Lo and Behold, it did not disappoint! Food choices were great, special sangria delightful, and ambience serene. Good job, L&B!! A few more veg selections would make it perfect!
The food was good, although limited menu and a little pricey. Atmosphere was good but the noise level inside the restaurant was so loud that we couldn't have a decent conversation without yelling. The inside of the restaurant is warm and welcoming but again the noise level was so high that It felt chaotic.
Tara & Laura have done an INCREDIBLE job! Lo & Behold is delicious, inventive, fun, and a wonderful addition to Healdsburg. We love it as locals, and I love sending guests here as well. It is down to earth, comfortable, and one of my favorite places.

Such a charming great place! The food was fabulous and so many different random options which made it fun for the 4 of us to try everything. Cocktails were flowing and so good! I had a plum daquri, which was a special and the rest of my crew had the Sangria which they all loved. The tacos, superb, the fries much needed as the perfect table staple appetizer, fall off the bone ribs that came with instructions via our server to really have the experience of the chefs vision to eat them the way they were imagined, was a special treat, cuz who really eats the cabbage on the plate that is normally for a garnish...well with this dish you do! The chicken tenders a crispy adult version loveliness, the L&B bowl of lettuce is a simple butter lettuce salad, think the classic Parisian side salad, so good! Our last dish that arrived was the Housemade Noodles, amazing just perfectly spicy, crunchy water chestnuts and kimchiiiiiiiiiiiii. This place is delicous ! Im a local to the neighborhood and cant wait to come back and try everything else. Oh the place is hip inside with a beautiful bar and lounge area and the back patio has a baby barndiva, wine country feel! ...and to add the service is top notch! Our server was a grubber like us and her recommendations were on point! See you soon Lo! xx
