Had shrimp Scewers, absolutely delicious, excellent smoked flavor. Casual atmosphere, good strong adult beverages.
The meats were very tasty as we tried the pulled chicken and the brisket sandwiches. The brisket could have been cooked a bit less. The sides of sweet potato tots are not like eating fries as the middle of the tots are gooey, which I did not like. The horsey apple cole slaw was a tad too heavy on the horseradish for my taste. The atmosphere is nice but too noisy. The service was the star of the visit as several waitpeople were friendly and ready to serve you.
This hit the spot so well that I forgot to take a whole photo of all the food we ordered. Service was super fast.
Very nice place. I had the 1x1 which is a choice of one meat and one side. I went with 1/2 rack of ribs and French Fries. Nice size portion. Ribs were cooked perfectly. If you’re in the mood for bbq you can’t go wrong here.
This place has the best BBQ food ever. Really amazing brisket and pork belly. There roasted Brussels sprouts are the best. I get them every time I go.

Hit Healdsburg in time for lunch. Right on the plaza and not crowded. Had Pork Burnt Ends (yummy). Then on to Brisket (combo of fat and lean) and greens. 2 sauces for the Brisket. Each were good, not great. Greens were good. Could use some hot sauce. Brisket was nice and tender. Good taste. Only problem, and this knocked rating to a 4 was meat came out cool/room temp. No reason for that to be the case. Server was nice.
We had a wonderful, comfortable Tuesday Evening Dinner. The Food was Great, The Drinks were Wonderful, and our Waitress was Delightful !!!
Some of the best steak I've ever had in my entire life. Well worth the experience.
We arrived about 7pm on a Wednesday with high expectations. The restaurant was busy both inside and outside and loud. The entrance isn't welcoming and was cluttered. OK, it's a BBQ joint and busy should be a good sign. We waited a good bit before our server came to our table. Ordering was quick and easy. Then, another long wait. I asked about our order. But, our server didn't know and sadly seemed uninterested. When our food was served it looked good. The plastic sauce cups cheapened the presentation. The St Louis ribs were OK as was the rest of our order. OK isn't what we were looking for. Wait staff appeared stressed and hurried. We tried the funnel cake dessert. Less funnel and more pretzel sticks with chocolate sauce. Maybe this was an off night. In the end, we left disappointed.
