Everything was delicious! First time there but definitely not the last!
Really good burgers and shakes. This is my second time and it's a good as the last time, years ago.
Very clean establishment. Burger was delicious and so were the onion rings. I prefer fries to be crisper, but I still ate them ? my son enjoyed his milk shake. The outdoor patio was very pleasant with shade and lovely trees. Prices were extremely reasonable and they had a great beer selection.
The Hamburger ? I had was delicious. And to top that was the staff was very attentive they actually got my burger correct. I find most places are not able to follow directions. My sister had the lamb burger and thought that was great also. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star was because of the building it just looks old and tired. For example Although I was impressed on how clean it was actually kept,the kitchen floor tile look dirty at first glance, then I realized it was just discolored with age and very clean for how busy they were.
I went to this establishment and ordered food to go. My husband's order was the Ruben sandwich and mine a hamburger. The corned beef was tough and sparce and my hamburger was pink inside and I said I wanted it well done and also it had no flavor. When I returned my husband's sandwich to ask for my money back I was told that the sandwich was over half eaten and I could not have my money back. It was three bites eaten and all the fries were still there! It was disappointing . If you know anything about cooking I would not recommend this place.
I am a local, therefore I have been eating at Healdsburger for years. If I was writing a review about their hamburgers I would have lots of great things to say, but today I am writing about the Rib Eye sandwich.So disappointing! The meat was tough and stringy. Take a bite and the meat pulls out of the sandwich due to so much fat and grizzle attached. The bread was not strong enough to stand up to the moisture in the sandwich. By the time I was halfway done with my meal I was holding a disgusting wet pile of greasy bread in my slimy fingers. It was gross!If this was Hells Kitchen and I was Chef Ramsey this mess would have gone straight into the bin.Pass on the Rib Eye sandwich and go for the burger. Apart from the mess, you won’t be disappointed.The fries are the best in town.

can't speak to the food because we never received ours. My 1 star is for the horrible customer service we received. It was a busy lunchtime so we did not expect super fast or amazing service here but we did expect to receive lunch, which we never did or at least a refund in lieu of lunch, which we have also never received. After placing our order and waiting at a table for nearly an hour, beginning to realize people who also order when we did had their food, we went to check
This place is delicious! The place is clean and unique, but the food really exceeds the appearance. Order the garlic fries, and make sure to grab a chocolate chip cookie with your meal!
