To Expensive and poor service ?
Super great food, ordered a fresh salad,
We had lunch here twice during our two-week stay in the area. We had the Swiss Mushroom Burger with truffle fries both times. Really enjoy eating here and sitting outside on the patio area. The process has been streamlined during the Covid years, and you don’t get the table service received previously, but the food and location are both excellent. Great lunch spot in Healdsburg!
My husband had the burger and I had the grilled mushroom flatbread. Both of us had Pliny the Elder. Service was good and the food was tasty. I'd love to get the recipe for the flatbread dish.
We were strolling around Healdsburg and stopped by the Bar & Grill for lunch. Friendly staff and nice outside tables.
They have a loud indoor bar area and a large outdoor dining area. We ate outdoors. I ordered a medium hamburger it came back barely browned and raw in the middle. And then came the flies. Aggressive hungry flies. Dozens. We rushed through our meal swatting as we went, and surrendered the remains to the flies, never to return.
Great place! Have not been in Healdsburg for a long time. Food was great. Beer and wine selection good. Would go again!

I don’t like standing in line to place my order, then the expectation to leave a tip when I’m ordering - on what? I’m serving myself basically. Burger not cooked as ordered, no service to even bring you a glass of water. All self service for water and beverages. I expected more from a place that’s been around for a long time.
Outside seating was really nice. Good was very good but a little expensive. Mostly self serve. Very good staff who could handle their busy lunch crowd.
