We had lunch here twice during our two-week stay in the area. We had the Swiss Mushroom Burger with truffle fries both times. Really enjoy eating here and sitting outside on the patio area. The process has been streamlined during the Covid years, and you don’t get the table service received previously, but the food and location are both excellent. Great lunch spot in Healdsburg!
Loved it! Had the blue cheese burger with fries and everything was amazing. The meat was tender and flavorful plus the Fries were hot and fresh. Great seating and animal friendly.
It’s about what you’d expect from a “neighborhood bar and grill”, yeah. The food is average, service is kind of slow, cocktails are nothing special. Good value for the price. Feels like such a nice space + outdoor area deserves a better restaurant though.
We stopped in for lunch. You have to order at the counter, then seat yourself. There was plenty of outdoor seating, which was a huge plus. The food (2 gyro wraps and an order of onion rings, a glass of Merlot and a diet Coke was $69) was pretty good, although pricey for what you got. It was a bummer to not be able to get a drink refill without going back in and ordering at the counter. Overall, it was ok. The service was quick.
Another of my travels in norcal. Another great discovery. Casual nice. One of the best burgers around period, and I have been around. Give it a spin. Can't go wrong!!
Good food. Menus comprised of hamburgers, frys, fishn chips, salads, macn cheese etc. Not as expensive as other places in Healdsburg. Highly recommend.
Comparing some fancy restaurants in healdsburg, this restaurant is great for family and friends hangout.
I see HBG has a new owner. Don't leave things as they were or make them worse. I've ordered the steak 2 times and one time it was much smaller then before and the next time it had a piece of fat strip that was 1/4 of the steak. Advice to new owner... make things better, add new menu items.
I heard a few people say this place is good so I gave it a try today. Absolutely terrible. You know it's bad when you order 4 different menu items and the best thing was the french fries. Not to mention there wasn't a trace of alcohol in our cocktails. It's mediocre pub food at a high price tag without a waiter/waitress. No thanks.
Delicious food, relaxed outdoor patio, good service. The sesame encrusted salmon salad was superb.
