Loved spending my 30th birthday here.After the response I received via email from Amy with Arista stating that children were not welcome, this is the end of my long time membership and interaction with Arista.If you have a family, spend your money and time elsewhere.I came down to Sonoma on a family trip, with my parents who have been 15 year members, and we all wanted to come visit Arista.When I emailed to make a reservation I received an email back stating that they have a 16 and up policy. My daughter is 19 months old and extremely well behaved.We brought her to multiple other wineries in the area, on par with Arista, that all welcomed our family with open arms, some like Bella went above and beyond for our daughter bringing her special drinks, snacks and a blanket to play on!
The grounds here are truly spectacular. We will be back for sure. Just a great property.
Arista is such an absolute joy to visit. Their family values are fondly shared. It translates into their wines. So lovely. The waterfall garden is so peaceful.
Amazing pinots and Chardonnay! Had an above and beyond experience. Everything from the time we were greeted to when we left was exceptional. One of the best wineries in California
What a beautiful and delicious winery. The views are epic from every inch of the property and the wine matches up just as wonderful. We sat in a gorgeous outdoor pavilion and sampled some of the best Pinots, Chardonnays and an incredible charcuterie mixture! Do not miss out on this winery! Incredible!

Booked a reservation for a tasting via Tock and the weather was ideal for our outdoor tasting. The landscape and architecture of the winery is stunning, and we were seated with a view over the trees. Our tasting was guided by Grace who was friendly, knowledgeable and the time flew by! The charcuterie board was excellent while trying the 6 wines, and we plan to return here during our next visit to the area.
On a whim and totally unannounced, a group of four of us showed up yesterday at Arista while driving along the beautiful Westside Road....to be greated very warmly by Tony and Melissa. Because we had not made a reservation, there was no set seating available to us but nevertheless, we were offered some wine and welcomed to tour the absolutely beautiful grounds. We graciously accepted their offer and were soon drinking a fantastic Chardonnay while strolling through the amazing property. We soon found a place to sit within a beautiful Japanese garden on the property and as we marveled at our surroundings, Tony found us and began a more formal tasting, something we had not anticipated due to the lack of a reservation on our part and lack of formal seating on their part. Every 10 minutes or so, Tony would bring us another bottle to taste.Arista is what I would call a 'boutique' winery. They only bottle about 6,000 bottles and each of their offerings are meticulously crafted gems. The wines we tasted were truly some of the finest wines we've ever had in California and were all simply fantastic.Tony's graciousness, generosity, time and the information he gave us detailing the creation of each wine was stellar....particularly considering that he was working us in to his already busy schedule with people who had actually made reservations.Arista wines could be considered more expensive than the typical wines found in the wineries on Westside Rd, but they were all simply amazing wines and we eventually left with many bottles.Big shout out to Tony for making our visit an absolutely amazing experience!
Great venue and intimate setting
Highly recommend Arista wines and the experience at the vineyard and tasting room. We have been members for a few years now. Great range and good value for the very high quality across their vineyards. Look forward to more events post Covid which were also really great fun.
