I was eating here really slow. So I said how about I apply to work here so I did, week later came in for the interview. Beautiful Hispanic or Mexican girl was there told her I was there for an interview then she went to tell the guy. He looks at me then at her then Whisper to her even though I can read lips and she said they not hiring so don’t eat at this racist place.
These people are rude ! Never ever answer the phone!! And when they do they have so much attitude towards you for know reason. Do better !
The wings taste great . We went Specifically for garlic Parmesan and we did not get even one instead we got all lemon pepper.We should have checked before we left and got home bc this happened the last time . The guy that took our order was rude and trying to rush us and we where the only ones there . He asked for my wife’s name andAfter her telling him 4 times he still got it wrong .It’s like they do not even pay attention to what your saying. OH THEY ALSO DO NOT HONOR THE TUESDAY SPECIALS THAT OTHER WING STOPS DO .And they do not answer the phone . This wingstop is the worst one I have been to, the staff are so slow and were so confused on literally everyone's orders, they had mine ready when I got there and I didn't get the food till 20min later because they confused my name. Fries and wings were cold and soggy.
I live near hear and drive pass this place to go to another Wingstop. They are extremely slow.I always order online. In the past online would say "ready in 30-40 minutes". I arrive 25-30 minutes later and have to wait another 20-30 minutes for my order.Today I ordered 2 orders of fries online. I'm like there just fries, can't be that bad, I'll just go down the street. WRONG.I received the confirmation email at 6:50pm saying 28-33 minutes. I arrived at 7:31pm to a restaurant with no wait and was told that my ordered would be ready in at 5 minutes.I appreciate the hot fries and a 5 minutes wait wasn't bad. However, almost 50 minutes for 2 order of fries is a little expensive.
If your hungry don’t go here. Wings take forever! Workers move hella slow! I was on hold for 10 minutes. I drove over there and it looked like they were not even answering the phones as they were just ringing and ringing. Never again at this location. Love the food here. Hate the service.I've called while in front of their store and watch them chat and not pick up the phone.They are horrible.The stsff is always high and forgetting something about the order.
Time to make the wings said 1 hour on their website. Got the food after the hour and the wings were cold, like freezing cold. They don't even have a hot shelf or hot plate for the wings. 0/10
