I walked in a disaster shocked that the door wasn't locked. I was able to walk in and order my food to go ( but you can eat inside)! Friendly staff!
It says one their commercial free drinks for any breakfast sandwich but they only gave us one free drink for our two breakfast sandwich which is kinda fooling people they should be clear on that. The cashier told us its per order not per sandwich that we get a free drinks.
2nd time the cashier has been rude. I said I wouldn't go back after the 1st time but,giving her the benefit of maybe having a bad day..Nope rude again.i will spend my money elsewhere and not have wait in line 30 mins for her to be rude
Try to go into the lobby and order and sit down it was closed. Had to go through the drive-thru and the person that was on the inside taking the order could not understand my order had to repeat it three times. After getting to the window I was given a soda with no response and when my order was given to me it was not repeated and there was no receipt given to me at all for me to do the survey. Lost out on the survey coupon behind the receipt will not go back to this location again
Most of the items i received were wrong. They also forgot to give me my chicken sandwich. They need to pay better attention when a customer says CHEESE fries, not chili cheese. This has been an ongoing issue and management has yet to remind their employees to always clarify with the customer on which item it is they want. You’d think this wouldnt be happening by now. To top it all off, they dont answer their phone. I called multiple times back to back, and also 15 minutes later (just in case they were busy with customers) and my phone call was still ignored.
Only the drive thru was working, a big company is supposedly short staffed. If you pay employees better, I am sure that wouldn't happen. The box ? for $5 something was great ?
It's a Wendy's, not much to dislike or fall in love with. However, this spot usually has long lines at drive thru. Highly recommend ordering in the app and picking up instead.

You can't even go inside because the owners are too cheap to open up properly. The slow drive through and cold fries make it easily the worst Wendy's in the bay. Go to the CV one
