Kinda cool and weird went there for chicken BBQ and lumpia. It's precooked but has to be warmed on the grill. Didn't like that so much. And it's kinda expensive
A unique cultural Filipino barbecue with prepared skewered for the patron to barbecue themselves. Always busy, lots of children and families. Host is always attentive and helpful:cleaning grills, tables and assisting in any way. We find Toto's to be an oasis of casual food with a laid back vibe where your biggest worry is the host may sneak another lollipop to your little one or even ice cream if they are friendly to the host.

We’ve been coming back here for 2 years now and drive all the way from Roseville. Authentic Filipino street foods yet very clean and tasty. You have to try the cucumber vinegar. Owner is so friendly. Highly recommended specially for Filipinos who miss isaw, balot and even fish balls with sauce!
