I worked 12 hours at Tesla. I'm not from Hayward. Was out running errands decided to eat at Togo's! Terrible experience. The person was rude, unprofessional, and short with me. Started my order online after walking from across the street. Just shocked at the unprofessionalism. Absolutely no reason to choose to be rude because customers order online. Went to El Pollo Loco across the street instead and had a great experience and great food! I have a business in Downtown Clovis California. So My family eat at the local Togo's frequently. So was extremely disappointed in the Togo's in Hayward.
Ordered two sandwiches for pickup. The pastrami sandwich had burned pastrami in it. Picked it out. Very disappointed.
Customer service is garbage, the guy with dreads refused service, that's no way to operate a business. I'll stick with the UC location . Management should look at this kids attitude.
The bread is the key and Togo's bread is excellent. All the stuff inside the sandwiches is excellent as well.
The online ordering menu and pickup options saves time. I am happy there is a gluten free wrap.
If you're going to order online, they'll never get your order started until u get there. I'll never order here again, definitely subway is much better and healthier
It seems like not very good sandwich makers. But 1 man is his name is Tye he's the manager and always in a great mood lots of personality and a great sabdwich majer. Thank You Tye.
Esta persona que se alcanza a ver por la ventana. Salió a reírse de mi después que no quiso venderme, fue agresiva. Quería que yo pidiera rápido los sándwiches cuando mi inglés es muy poquito. Se empezó a enojar le hablo a alguien por teléfono . Y quien sabe que tanto decía. Enojado. Y yo le decía usted no es una persona buena necesito alguien hable español. Al de la línea . Cuando termino me corrió y detrás de la puerta se empezó a reír burlándose de mi. Que triste . Que sean personas tan racistas y que causen un daño emocional al cliente . Cuando uno solo quiere llevar de comer al hogar con mis hijos. Yo no se porque permiten a personas que no saben ser pacientes con el idioma de sus clientes...

Coming back up in the sandwich game, Togos has been on a rollercoaster ride the last several years. This was a good experience, when they have it together I love there sandwiches!
