I ordered pulled pork sandwich, mac n meat, and tator tots. The mac n meat and pulled pork tasted great and the tators were well seasoned. I wished I had more bbq sauce is really my only negative. The guy was really nice and would come back again
Omg my first time there the owner/cook Tim is so friendly and the food is awesome I tried the ribs pulled pork and Mac n cheese and collard greens which were phenomenal! I even order two servings to take home best greens I ever had and the ribs fell off the bones I definitely recommend this place if you want great tasting food.
Best ribs in the Bay Area! Went there by chance and was very pleasantly surprised. Ribs were tender and juicy! The owner, the daughter and boyfriend were all super friendly! Must visit!!! And don’t forget to try their hot sauce!!
The best bbq I have had in as long as I can remember. Friendly service, fast and reasonably priced. The smoked potato salad and their bbq sauce is out of this world. Eat here and you wont want bbq from anywhere else!!!!
This place was EXCELLENT! I ordered the Tri-Tip meal. Meat was so tender and man that bbq sauce is awesome !
Wasn’t My Cup Of Tea …. Grateful for the young lady giving me a refund … I felt bad when she ask me was the food good and I tell her no … I felt like old boy on sugar hill gang when he ate at his friend house … my old school folks know the song… lol I should of known it was all bad when they didn’t have chicken or links … on a good note the sweet tea was banging…. I wish Everett &Jones was still open ? They had the best bbq in Hayward hands down!!!!Here i gave you two stars … but that’s not going to change the fact that your food was nasty … I’m a decent person and honest when it comes to bbq that was my first time coming there an i wasn’t impressed at all …. But like I said in my post I appreciate that the lady offered us a refund… we didn’t ask for it … she probably noticed that we wasn’t eating it and i told her that we weren’t satisfied with the food … I’m not trying to smash your establishment I’m just expressing my opinion … I grew up on flints and E&J bbq … I never had to get a refund lol … so to your response we got a refund because your food wasn’t what i grew up on …Sorry if I offended you … but ya we will not be returning to your establishment …
First, it must be said that I'm from Kansas City, so I know BBQ. This is good freaking BBQ. The brisket is moist while not overly fatty or greasy. The meat is allowed to shine without being drowned-out in sauce. The fried pickles were awesome. While the menu is somewhat limited, they understand the assignment: whatever you do, do it well. In short, one of the best BBQ places I've found in the bay.
Hella good tri tip sandwich. Fries were good and BBQ had some good bite! Will enjoy coming back here, staff was friendly too. Good experience and nice to have a BBQ spot for lunch!EDIT: Tried the pull pork sandwich this time and I forget what nachos. Nachos were extremely good and tasty! Wish maybe it was unsalted chips as the salt took away from the cheese and meat flavor a tiny bit. Then I got the pulled pork sandwich and that was very tasty and heavy. Like it was filled with a lot of meat and really heavy. Had to save for later and was even better as left overs! Love this spot, much better bbq than Texas roadhouse but next time I will def try the ribs.Update: tried the pulled pork nachos and the hella slapping. So damn good and BBQ had a nice kick. Love it!
It's a nice local BBQ joint that has an interesting take on potato salad. It's a warm smoked version which is unusual and tasty. The meats are smoked as well, but you will find them sauced, which I like. The owner is somewhat of a character and seems to know his way around a smoker.
For real, I grew up with Kinders and their meats but maaan, this pulled pork is absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Got a chance to enjoy this at The Florence bar in Niles (Fremont). If you like sauce, you're missing out of you don't check them out! They are doing it right!!! They're here in Niles Wesnesday and Saturday. Pitmaster Tim McGuire is on his game!
