Good boba. Quick service. Sweetness levels from 0-100% but on selected drinks only. They also carry lactose free milk and oat milk.
We have been going to teaspoon for month now and am so happy we have a wonderful establishment so close to home! We were just there today and I tried the new Guava drink with passionfruit dolphins. So yummy, I want another one!
We stopped going to Gong Cha because of this place—it’s actually better. I hope they stay in business for a long time. Price is steep but worth it.I recommend downloading the app and ordering from there. I’ve been here countless times and have never had a single bad customer service experience. Great staff.
Super nice and aesthetic inside. Really pretty place and super cute. Very kind employees, the person with purple hair helped me I don’t think I got their name but they were super nice and easy to work with I loved them sm. The tea was amazing!! I was able to swap the creamer with oat milk. how cool is that. vegan friendly just ask to swap :)) would definitely go again so pleased :)
The staff are friendly, polite and very helpful . Owner is very accommodating. Grateful to have a quality boba shop opened up in Hayward. The amount of choices are just right. The only thing I didn’t see on the menu is decaf tea. Wish they would consider offering it .
I love this place! Drinks are really good and the customer service is always super friendly! I recommend the Caramel Creme and the House Milk Tea. If you are looking for a fruity tea I recommend the Grasshopper.
I made an order online. Website was easy to use and you can customize your drinks- which for me is a plus. Estimated time was given so you can plan accordingly. Pick up- staff was super friendly. Got in and out in a minute.Now for the drinks. Will update my review when we taste it.
