All wrapped food NOT labeled, cinnamon delights had NO cinnamon on outside and oil filled the bread part, still had ingredients in items we ask to take off and ingredients taken off in which we wanted, some items not even warm to touch, and they missed items. Thank goodness we checked and asked for them before we drove off. I asked to add nachos upon drive up and they said they "couldn't add items at this time" mind you it was before payment. Seems like a quick and simple item since that one does not have to be heated in their microwave, heating plates, or warmer but ok. Then we had to wait anyways just for them to forget something and us wait for them to get that item also. Mexican pizza- noticeable difference since the tostada part has changed. Was so happy for it to be back and then they messed that up and the tostada was not a good change. Not as light and airy as before, more like a store tortilla chip. Also did not give me my receipt nor asked if I wanted it. I had to ask for it.

Whenever I order a combo there are always missing parts of the order when it is delivered. This time they forgot to put nacho cheese on the Nachos Bel Grande and they did not include the drink that is part of the combo. Every time it is something whether you pick up yourself or you have door dasher pick it up.
Inside was clean and cashiers where friendly when taking much faster then other locations
Twice in a row now I have gone here and they have forgotten to put potatoes in my potato soft tacos. This location has no quality control at all
Best thing about this TB is the stray cats that live in the hotel next door.

I love taco bell. This location is one that I often go to, I skip the one nearer to me because it doesn't have a drive through. Going back to this location, they seem to always forget the napkins...a small but consistent annoyance. It's happened even when I asked for napkins. They don't hold back on the sauces though! I think this is a faster location as well inregards to wait time.
Their soda is always flat. I dont know if its the machine or they fill the cup and just leave it on the counter but yeah its always flat. Good food and service though.
