The first few times i ordered i was happy with the food but that definitely changed. I normally order take out for convenience and because its nearby. in one instance I ordered online and I get to the restaurant and my order wasn't even ready. Apparently they hadn't even begun to prepare it, they canceled and were not clear as to why. I was at the restaurant already so I waited 20 more minutes. The quality wasn't the best considering the price I'm paying. I figured maybe an off day.I order again a different day the food was ok. I honestly feel I can get better quality at the same price somewhere else. I don't mind paying high prices for sushi it's a given that it can be pricey but you pay for quality, and I don't see the quality.I have posted a review in the past but I believe it was removed not sure why.. it was not offensive or disrespectful just honest and my issue was never addressed by the owner its been close to 6 months since i posted that. this review was about their dessert.... I really enjoy cheesecake it's my favorite so if I can order sushi and cheesecake at a restaurant I'm excited!But I wasn't excited to see what I paid for.I ordered one slice to try I get home and I see the tiniest slice it was literally 2 bites at most. I paid over 6 dollars for it I believe and I was not happy.Since then I have not returned and I don't feel at this moment I can recommend this place to anyone to be honest
This place has survived the pandemic quite well. Now that dine in is available, it's back to the dining pleasure of the good food I used to know.As expected, prices have gone up and the rice bowls have shrunk but that's okay. Their bento boxes are still full of the good food I used to love.Will probably come back to try our other favorites as before. Then maybe that extra star I gave this review may stay. We shall see.
Not chewable, could not swallow the food could have choked on the food, tried several times to explain to asstance manager kept me saying this is their best chicken.No one has ever have a problem with this dish before.I am sorry I can't eat had to go back for of I continue to eat it there will be ,911 call and did not seem to care at all.
Super busy with take out orders yet they were able to get my take out order with good timing.Ordered the Hurricane, Hotwire & Spicy Snow Crab (see the trend of love for spicy?!)Fresh, delicious and very welcoming staff.Def get the Hotwire.
Ordered a 49er roll and California roll unfortunately really disappointed the place was very clean and good service got take out but the food just isn't it the cucumbers weren't peeled the Wasabi was watery for some reason and honestly just didn't taste great
Drove passed this restaurant for years and finally able to make time to eat here. Met a long ago friend for lunch. Stayed till they turned off the lights to clean up for the dinner rush. I just came back from the dentist so I was only able to order really soft food. Had the Salmon Teriyaki with Tempura and Califoria sushi. Mushi soup and rice comes with it. I really wanted the Unagi Donbur but it was priced at $20 – too steep for my budget. Tables were spread apart and they are doing a great take out business. Will return in the future.
Abysmal in-restaurant dining experience. To call it slow service would be to imply that there was any service at all. We walked in, ordered drinks and appetizers. Told them we’d need a minute for our entree order. Drinks came. Didn’t take our entree order. 40 minutes later one of our two apps came. No other tables were being served, at least in the main room. It looked like there were back rooms that were being served, but we watched two other tables walk out without even having their orders taken. Truly awful. Will not return.
I don't know why they chart party services for 4 adults and 1 kid is 5 years old ( he just sits down without eating) . But services not really good when I come 2 peoples. My husband asks her something, but she goes away. My table doesn't have soy sauce. But they still charge 26$ party services for 5 people
Understaffed team on a busy night. We had reservations do we were able to get our table on time. There were only 2 waiters on a busy Saturday night. It took over 20 minutes to get our order for drinks in. The waiters were scrambling from table to table. Food was good. We ordered several dishes and were satisfied with the quality of the food. The service was just too slow. They really need to hire a 3 waiter.
My order was ready faster than expected.They had anime paintings all over the restaurant but they painted over it ?I ordered the spicy hamachi, has a lot of flavor for $6 it’s a great deal and is my favorite no soy sauce needed.The 49ers roll has salmon and lemon on top and avocado and cucumber and tobiko inside is good with soy sauce.The cherry blossom roll has tuna sashimi with crab and avocado topped with tobiko(caviar) tastes really good.Overall I had a great experience here and will be added to my go to sushi places.
