I ordered a sandwich through the app and I ordered to the wrong location and so I called the location and the girl was very abrupt and rude! They directed me to the manager and she was off the bat so disrespectful and was saying that there is nothing she can do to help me?? Bruh I payed money for my food and y’all can’t give me store credit at least????? she was saying “well mam we told you we’d hold your sandwich we already have it to the homeless”

Usually subways are really good but today they were being really skimpy I ordered three sandwiches footlongs and they did not put the right amount of meat on the sandwiches I ordered two steak sandwiches and they did not put full scoops of meat on the steak sandwiches and I did not really realize it until we got home and the people were eating their sandwiches and realized that they did not put full scoops of meat on the sandwiches the turkey and bacon sandwich was fine they put the right amount on there but I believe that they didn't use the steak because they were running out of it and the ladies were being too lazy to refill it but yet they did charge the full price for them I paid $31 for 3 ft long sandwiches and two of them were definitely not worth it so I was not happy with them at all today

Sandwich is always good. I order ham and Turkey double meat and instead of lettuce I get baby spinach always toasted.
Workers here are rude and they seem like they don't like their job, you ask them for something and they give you attitude. This is the second time I have been here and it's the same thing. Especially the Hispanic lady. They are always grouchy.
I placed an order online and picked it up and it was made wrong. I brought it back and explained to the lady what happened. I showed her my order on my app and everything. She spent 10 minutes arguing with me rather than just fixing the problem. I just wanted my food made the correct way and was very polite about it but she approached the situation with a very rude attitude. She told me she couldnt do anything about fixing my order cause the app sent it through the wrong way. Finally after having to raise my voice, she fixed the issue. Horrible customer service, if a customer shows you the correct order on their app, dont argue with them, hell even if the customer is wrong, don't argue with them. Just make it correctly and move on. Will not be returning to this location. The employee was a young latina woman 20-30 years old, with a rose/ flower tattoo on her left wrist. I would give you her name but she didnt have one on. So all I can do is give a description.
Don’t recommend this place for online orders. No matter how you customize your sammich, they do it their way.And ordering online, there is no option if you want a bag or not because a bag is included with online order, but they refused to give a bag and asked for .11$ for a bag.
