I really enjoy Starbucks..but this particular location always seems to be dirty.. I won't come back to this location again.
LOVED that they offer coconut milk for frothing option! I ordered one for a tall cap, extra hot and it's DELISH!! Happy girl? ????
The staff is very polite to the customers. They make sure to get your order correct and work hard and quickly to get your order to you. They have many regular customers as well and have a great relationship with them.
The staff was friendly and drinks were made to our order just fine. My buddy and I looked for a place that was open New Years Eve to hang out and chat... we were barely had time to sit down before they closed early on us and we had to leave before I finished my coffee... not their fault of course, but 6:30 ?? Not a complaint or problem... otherwise a nice place to hang out if there's a free table, only 5 or 6 tables total.
For the price, not worth.So for now i stuck to a coffee/day
They take too long to give out a grande latte and breakfast sandwich. Had to wait 30 minutes for a mobile order. Horrible service, what's the point of placing an order ahead if you are still going to wait in store more time than those placing orders in store.
Customer service needs some work. Workers will completely ignore you when your trying to ask a question because they’re too busy talking to each other. Also, when my order was called, my name was called so low it would be considered a murmur. Then instead of looking up and seeing if I was around the barista just put my order on the shelf behind the glass and walked away. Note: there is a sign that says, do not reach behind the glass. Rehiring/retraining may be needed for this location.
I come here often, but I won’t anymore because today a girl told me she couldn’t warm up my scones, because they will mess up the oven. The thing is how?! When y’all use parchment paper for each item before it goes in the oven… They just played in my face when everyone else do it for me. It’s 10:39 9/11/2021… Emani is great though! She is so sweet. She the reason for the three stars. Her customer service is exceptional!
It was nice and clean service was really well friendly people orders were done correctly fast courteous no issues at all prices were competitive they were very understanding because we had complicated orders but they were able to get them done the way that we wanted them done with no hesitations it was not extremely busy but even with the amount of people inside they were able to get everyone taken care of quick fast in and out
This Starbucks made my cold drinks first I asked for one without whipped cream all they did was scoop the whipped cream off they were still with cream in the strawberry frappe and put a different cap on it then they made my hot drinks so by the time the hot drinks were made the frozen drinks were melting this Starbucks sucks especially for the amount you pay for these copies
