They gave us a wrong drink and smiled about it. Then took 20 minutes to replace it. Worst experience

I really can’t believe this, like all I’m a Starbucks fan I’ve come a few times to this location and my experience has always been great being said that I’ve never imagined it would be terrible 3 workers plus a manager and they have a whole line waiting waited 15 minutes to order when only one person in front and 12 more to get my drink which was absolutely disgusting or water diluted the young lady with red hair making the drinks looked like almost had no idea what she was doing picked one thing up lifted it to the light and back down she pored everything in I get when people are new but this was absolutely ridicules…
Whoever is the manager of this store really deserves the praise, awesome team and fun experience ?

Do to the pandemic, indoor seating was not available. Service was good.
The girls are always friendly at register peak hours are usually the busiest 6-9am seems like they're slammed M-F not as bad on Sat Sun but I go still in morning idk what is like in afternoon or evening.
