Because the line was so long and of course always slow I went ahead and ordered ahead while I was in line and paid on the app so when I got to the window I just picked up my order and went on. I got the salted caramel iced and I thought it would have some sweetness to it but it was not so I had to wait till I brought it home to add sugar but it's good with sugar!
Oh my gosh so I go here cause I’m hungry for my lunch. We order and the worker is just shaking shes probably a new worker. After we order a little rocky but whatever I ask for my spinach feta egg white wrap and she’s like oh OK and knows what I mean. and after we get our food mine: the egg wrap is not there not even on the receipt. I didn’t notice because they gave us so many bags.
This is a great location but my visit the past few times has been rough. They are clearly understaffed and overworked during their power hours. My drinks are usually perfrct but today my mocha didnt taste right. I noticed they didn't stir the chocolate and it was all on the bottom of the cup. I know it's not their fault but they clearly need some better management at this location.
So this mainly a millennial drive thru. Efficient, quick, devoid of character. The baristas are fantastic & overworked! There is little customer interaction. It's a cold sterile environment but IMO that's what the customers that frequent this store want. One bright spot is the small 4some of seniors who coffee out on the patio. They enjoy their time.
Rude male barista on the drive thru microphone. He cut me off each time to ask “anything else?” Each time I was saying my drink add ons. And then when I was about to order a second drink he said my total and ignored me trying to order more! So rude but at least the lady who I reported it to was nice and apologized.
This place is nice and clean and runs smooth. Drinks are correct and made quickly, minimal waiting & good customer service.
Had the worst Mocha I've ever had. I went thru drive thru and had a crying baby in the back seat otherwise I would have gone back. Drinks are usually good there. What I got was a warm watered down coffee like drink. I thought maybe the chocolate was not stirred and maybe sitting at the bottom. Come to find out there wasn't even any chocolate either. I almost feel like someone played a bad joke on me. Please retrain your Sunday evening barista. I went there around 5 o'clock.

I really love the idea of having a coffee here. Such a relaxing place to be in. Their coffee really taste good.
