Ordered pick up through Clover long line once I arrived. Said it would be ready in 10 minutes so I didn't think I needed to wait in the line. After I realized everyone in line received their order. I went to the register & the cashier went to the back & said we’re still making your order. Once I received my food (20 minutes later than the time it was supposed to be done) it was cold & not even crispy. Never again will I order through Clover.
I love that they are located in a convenient area and have a very clean and organized store. Plenty of seating. Very fast service. Entertainment as you wait. So many options to choose from. I recommend the honeydew snow with boba. I am a frequent customer at this location.
I tried to order in the shop and online, the waiting time is relatively longer. They are super busy but tried their best to serve drinks and food asap. Really appreciate all the workers.My favourites in Quickly: Oreo milkshake with boba, Takoyaki, Popcorn Chicken

I've enjoyed the chicken wings here many times over the years, but as of March 2022 they buy the cheapest and smallest wings possible. The wings look like they came off a chick, maybe 0.5 oz of meat per wing. Not worth it.

Got popcorn chicken for my son, like I always do at the Castro Valley location, except they're super SPICY for some reason. Kind of a waste of a money and I wish they'd correct this at this location.
This place is good but for some odd reason my whole order of French fries were super soggy. I placed my order online and marked for my fries to be extra crunchy. By the time I realized my fries were super soggy, it was too late for me to go back b/c I was at work. This is unacceptable and not answering the phones makes it even more frustrating. Something needs to be done to avoid future issues like this.
High quality low cost boba and tea drinks. They are also very fast compared to other boba places I've been to. The Nutella flavor is amazing and their watermelon tastes very fresh.
