I ordered online, waited for 2 hours, finally called and was told the driver called me and could not reach me, I have no called past 6 hours on my call log. All I wanted was a pizza, man.
A Street Pizza Hut is closed but some of their nice people came to this location which makes it better because the location of this place is somewhat of a inconvenience because of the location. Don't drive too fast or you'll drive past the parking lot. Jesus who took my order was particularly pleasant and friendly, and patient since this is not my first place when I think of Pizza, but the Grandsons wanted it. The Pizza was just ok to me, but was abundant in pepperoni and sauce, so their pizza was not dry. They didn't have traditional wings with the bone, ran out they said, but did have dried out boneless wings with lots if sauce to cover the dryness. The Chocolate cookie and the Brownie was the best part of everything I had to order in my opinion, but the Kids Love the Pizza, so I guess that's all that matters!?
I ordered via your website for "delivery" and was promised 35-45 minute service. 90 minutes later my order arrived, and food was very cold. No text updates were sent to me saying there would be a delay...if they did, I would have cancelled my order to begin with. Communication via your website is very poor, and tracking is very poor...Grubhub & Doordash are much better tracking apps.

I opted for contactless curbside and had to call the restaurant because I waited so long for my order to come out. I also ordered extra mushrooms on my pizza but there were barely any toppings.

The pizza was very dry. I never had a pizza like this from pizza hut whatsoever! This location is different and it’ll be my first and last time visiting.
Depending on which direction I drive from my house there were 2 Pizza Hut take-outs within 5 minutes. During the pandemic these 2 facilities were closed. Now my closest Pizza Hut is 25 minutes away. I love Pizza Hut pizza! There are equally good pizza restaurants nearby so I really need to be craving Pizza Hut in order for me to drive this distance.
I live in Fremont, so the restaurant is not super convenient location wise. However, the food was good, the service was excellent! Jesse was ready with our curbside pickup. He was courteous and fun to chat with.
The pizza arrived lightening fast and was as hot as if it were served in the restaurant!
