I ordered food on three separate days. My spicy chicken sandwich was missing the spicy sauce and the pickle chips, the normal chicken sandwich wss just bread and chicken,The following week,Cobb Salad had no egg?. Gonna have to take a break from this location, I'll try again in 4 o 6 months. I guess no one is really checking/inspecting meals before they go out,their just checking that box on your bag /receipt. Do better Southland drive Panera Bread.
The server was very rude. She came and ask our name because we did not pick up our food ( the cashier wrote the wrong name down ) she brought it over before I could get up and slammed it on our table. Then while using the rest room they couldn't wait to mop even though there were 3 people in the 2 stale rest room. Was very slippery
Just ordered the chipotle chicken and avocado sandwiche from the Hayward store and the avocados were blackish. It would be nice to have fresh green avocados on my sandwich.Iwou
I ordered through the app for pickup. I should have checked my order before I drove away. One sandwich was missing, even though the tag had everything checked. When I got home, the place was already closed, so when I called, no one answered. I am very upset to say the least.
Very busy location, that is the only down side of it but honestly I feel like the staff is so quick and efficient you can barely tell is busy. Also so nice and polite I love going here. My favorite is the two for two deal
Friendly crew. Clean, welcoming establishment. Outlets were easily accessible to charge your phone or laptop. The food tasty and felt worth the price. I am vegan, so I wish there were more vegan options. But what they offer is tastes good
Never been here before, I ordered the ceasar salad with chicken and the vegetable soup bowl. Overall it was hearty, there wasn't a lot of people inside and they have tables to charge you phones or laptops. Reminds me of Starbucks but serving food. The young gentleman at the register was really friendly and gave me great advice of what to eat.
Lacking in all aspects for a $13.00 sandwich- no cheese, steak quantity was small and forgot the pickled onions. Top it off with getting the order out 10 minutes later than posted. I did not have high expectations but this one really let me down.

Ordered Bacon Turkey Bravo with no tomatoes through the app but received a turkey bravo with tomatoes and no bacon. How do you forget the bacon it's the first word in the title if the sandwich smh.
