Just stepped out with very unpleasant experience.No greeting to customer whenI walk in, the lady with glasses just keep busting with her online orders. I understand this is a busy hour, a simple “please give me a second, I will be right with you” won’t make me feel that I am transparent in front of her. Then I started to order, one of the item I called out right from my mind “ sweet sour chicken” again the lady with glasses gave me a strange look and “ha?” After that look, I am thought she didn’t hear what I said, the. I raised my voice and said “ sweet sour chicken “ then she said , “ we don’t have it” with another attitude look. I was totally blowed, I asked her with a calm voice “ why you are giving me an attitude? I understand that you might be tired, If you are feeling tired you take a break, you don’t give your customer an attitude “ long story short, I am always a person understand that everyone might be in a bad mood, but you should not bring it to your customer.Dear Panda Express employee, the lady with glasses, please REMEMBER use “excuse me, please, and other proper greetings to your customers even you are in a bad mood in front of your customers”First time ever that I give a one star in a review.
Utilized online ordering on websitePro- food was ready at scheduled pick up time- large order of 10 plates were conveniently and thoughtfully packed in box- food was hot and fresh- soy sauce and hot sauce packets provide per request- very budget friendly for feeding 16 peopleCon- one item was incorrect in 1 of 10 plates- only 6 fortune cookies given in order even though 15 meals were ordered- side teriyaki sauce missing from order- utensils missing
I went to panda at industrial . Service there was very bad . I ordered some food but the lady couldn’t hear me properly. I had to literally shout to place my order. After all this struggle the quantity was very less . So disappointed. They should at least increase the quantity.
Good quality, I love Panda Express. Although, the only downside to this place is that the lady who seems to be in charge at night is kinda mean to the other employees and customers sometimes. Other than that this place is great.
This is the worst Panda Express. Their teriyaki chicken best looks and tast like leftover dark meat???
Horrible manager, me and husband ordered 2 plates with fried rice. Maybe manager misunderstood as there seemed to be a language barrier, however when we went it to tell them we had asked for fried rice and not white rice. The manager was very rude and immediately insisted we had asked for white rice, I told him there must’ve been a miscommunication but he was still very rude and gave us ONE very small box of fried rice and slammed the box on the table at us.
The food is great however...The people who works there? They need intense customer service training for most of them can't speak proper English! There's a lot to be said when a business has employees that can't communicate properly with customers and I seriously hope that this eating establishment has a handle on this....

Worst service ever!… Small portions for extra charge!!- It really ruined the Panda Express reputation!!… They need to change the management for this location! Seriously!… ???
Food is amazing and the yogurt place next door is also amazing
