We're doing fine for awhile with the fried fish with a hint of ginger taste. But today different staff. brown colored batter over cooked, or oil needed changing. and no ginger taste to the fish batter. Boo.
Be carful when ordering the “make it a combo” option. Server did not want to give me my drink that comes with the Rangoon even after pointing out the combo, and instead had me buy another drink.
There customer service sucks ..they have attitude ? when they get your order wrong ...won't go there no more .
The food here was not surprising. It had the same food items as other Ono restuarants.
Always good food, good service and always in a timely manner. The only thing I have a problem is the order box set up. Gets confusing of where to go or what lane to order your food.
First time eating here and the food that I tried was very tasty.
Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered on the phone, they didn’t tell me it was cash only. When I got there, then they told me there’s an atm outside. Even with the fee, I was willing, but walking outside, turns out the atm is wellsfargo, and I don’t have that bank.Walking back inside Ono, they were talking about me. When I finally got their attention, they told me there’s nothing they can do.I eat here very very often, considering I work at target across the street. Congrats, you guys just lost a regular customer.
Solid portion sizes and decent flavor, as always. (I like how most hawaiian BBQ places are so consistent with their flavors and portions.)I got a mini meal with BBQ beef. It came with some sauce, which I think would taste great with fried dishes but not on their BBQ. "Mini meal" might sound too small for most people, but it's really sizable at Ono and plenty of food for even a hungry gal like me.Great value overall.
I've had all the plates and the BBQ mix plate is by far the best! In my opinion ??
