Ordered the Aloha Plate with beef and pork but was given chicken. Called and the manager corrected the order and hooked up a free side to make amends. Feel like they tried to make it right and were nice and courteous about it.
Used to go Fremont location. Just tried this one for first time. This location put less portion than Fremont location. For BBQ mixed order only come with 1 Kalbi short rib.
Horrible customer service. I called because the DoorDash app would not let me select a modification. The manager Maria told me how to handle it. I called back after the order was placed and she denied the modifications she asked me to do. What in the world?!Specifically what happened was: We wanted an extra piece of meat with our meal. I called and asked how do do this on the app- and was told it was an additional five dollar charge. I ordered crab Rangoon’s which was five dollars and quickly called them and told Maria not to cook the crab Rangoon’s but to send an extra piece of meat instead.After What I thought was clear communication they denied the ability to do so and told me that they would have to send the crab Rangoon’s.I don’t know how many times I’ve called this place with a modification because DoorDash will not allow it. This was the first time I’ve ever had any kind of issue.When I tried to ask who I could speak to about the issue I was referred to corporate website. Apparently they don’t know who their boss is and the owner only comes around once a year.Not a great way to handle the miscommunication. We’ve been customers for years.We canceled the order.I’m the grand scheme of things- not a huge life problem lolJust a bit upsetting.
Very clean and I like their Covid barrier setup. Extra star for providing gloves to avoid touching communal sauce pumps. Orders are accurate and food is good!
The food was fine quality was just as good as always. Oh well, actually, they seem not to pack the rice as hard as they use to. The spam musubi fell apart while eating it. It shouldn't do that. I guess they are trying to save on rice while charging the same price.
Good Hawaiian food. Order online and pick up or order in the restaurant. Dine in is open again.
I can only speak on one dish Crispy Chicken Salad, Fabulous , I have never had a bad experience at San Leandro, Fremont or Oakland location Very Clean Stores, food is made to order always freshly prepared. great customer service.
Crispy chicken and fish.Generous portion of house salad and perfect rice. I'm glad they're open for dining again.
