Place was very nice and clean. Service was Ok. Food was good, I order Salmon, except the Salmon came with lots of broccoli, probably 16 oz. the broccoli was also overcooked, I would like broccoli and other vegetables.Price was very good.
First time I go and I am satisfied with the food, the place and Viviana's attention. The good price in relation to the food, in addition to the salad, soup and bread that they give. I will return another time. I went at night and there were a lot of people, I had to wait 45 minutes. But it was worth it.
I wasn't going to write this, but I feel I should. Normally I go here and have a great time. The waitstaff is super friendly and the food is good. But i went here last week with my secretary ( and I am a black queer man and she is a white woman), and our server was a tall blond white man. And from the moment he came to our table, he only focused on my secretary and largely avoided even looking at me. He didn't bring us more forks when I requested them for our appetizer. And he brought my secretary's food, said it out loud, and placed it carefully right front of her, while he only said "be careful its hot" when he less carefully put mine down. He didn't actually do anything I can majorly complain about, except not bringing us more forks, but he completely left me feeling like I had a cheapened experience. And i just want to say this, cause the rest of the waitstaff- which was largely females of color- were SUPER NICE and friendly. I REALLY dont appreciate that my secretary had a better experience than me.... it's just seems all inappropriate...
Food was great when i reheated it, carside service was piss poor. Waited 20 minutes in my car, went inside and was told they never got an alert that I was there. They never answered their phone when I called either. Manager gave me a gift card when I complained. Love olive garden, not a fan of this specific one, will go to a different city.
I always enjoy dining at this particular Olive Garden, I enjoy the space the location, and the staff is great overall. There were a lot of items on the menu that were not available due to the demand for shipping, which I totally understand, but was still a bummer since I couldn't order my shrimp appetizer. Since the staff was great the missing items on the menu wasn't too bad since I enjoy most of the food they prepare. If you go now, they're most likely out of different menu items, but it's still a nice affordable way to dine out.
New Year's Dinner through Olive Garden Online order and Curbside pickup. The website was easy to use and ordering was a breeze with picture of the menu selections. The completed order notification will send an email or text when your order is being prepared and an estimate for your food pick up time which I found to be accurate. The site includes gift cards for a payment option. A very nice option.
A wonderful experience. The food was to be as expected. Good. The staff were super friendly. Our server was magnificent! She reminded me of what hospitality really is. She was friendly, warm, accommodating and patient. Thank you!
The food is great. Only this time the service was very bad. Never came to ask if we needed more drinks or salad or anything else. There was a birthday and not even offer us dessert.
I usually love olive garden so my standards are already low, but the food was especially horrible in this location. Every person on my table had the same experience with their meals. I didn't even want to finish my meal.
The service was fast and great. Jimena was nice and friendly. She was very attentive. They didn't have my fave fried calamaries but recommend another appetizer. Overall, the food was good.
