Ordered Volcano Chicken and they gave me Chicken Katsu with spicy sauce....maybe i remember it being different from L&L. Anyway, the macaroni salad was bland and the sauce was pretty light. Probably should've stuck with the BBQ Chicken instead.
Food is good. But the interior is a bit old for me to dine in. But that lowers the cost for those of us who prefer takeouts. They are pretty fast.
My food was good but my order was incorrect initially and I waited for over an half hour to receive my food.
Great Food and clean
I just left ohana barbecue about 15 minutes ago it was 9:05 a customer walks out I walked in and the lady tried to tell me that they're closed I thought you guys close at 9:30 she says iWell we're closed already. I don't think it's right that your sign says you're open till 9:30 but you guys are closing at 9:05 you still have to have a 1/2 hour left so I had to leave with my starving kids to go find something else to eat.
Food is good service is bland
This place is horrible........the floors are sticky......the cooks are garbage......the dude at the counter didn't know the menu.......and the food was mushy and undercooked. Never again ?
Like most Ohana locations, this one gives your money's worth with large portion sizes. BBQ chicken and rice were good. Macaroni salad was poor.
Cashier :very rude. Rushing, me for no reason. I asked him about the Horchata, and he told me he doesn't know if they have anymore, and told maybe next time. He did not even check. Then I saw him be just as rude to another young kady .The restaurant: DirtyI am never going here again
One of the worst places from this bbq food chain ?? . Don’t waste your money here , drive a little an go to the one in Castro Valley
