Had I paid, I would have gotten my refund, went killed some animals, made pepperoni, grown my own wheat/grain, harvested it, rolled it into flat dough, put everything on there and made my own pizza. Would have been done faster.

The delivery person ignored the whole "contactless delivery" and helped himself to steal my Sunglasses while he was looking through the warehouse (came through the back door not the front like a normal person). Tried to act like he didn't know there was a front door (clearly visible from the back).Called to complain about it and haven't heard back from their manager who is apparently never there.UPDATE to Response:So, after brushing me off when I tried to keep it offline by contacting the store directly, you're now asking me to do more work to tell you how bad your store is to end the exact same way? Ordered 2x20" pizza last night. Whoever delivered them left it outside by the front door and did not even ring the doorbell. I went outside to check and saw the neighborhood stray cats enjoying them. There was no point in complaining, since I already had a 'discussion' with Dominick during ordering.Also, looks like their only response it to fill out some form, so the it looks like they did something about it.

I called in my order well in advance. I was told it would be ready in 30mins. I showed up 40 mins later and after I paid, the cashier said" one second let me find it for you" After looking around and then walking to the back, (which I noticed him asking the lady in the back) he came back out and said" oh your order will be ready in 7 mins" I let him know that I did not have time to wait as I was on limited time due to my lunch break, that was why I called in my order. He very rudely replied" I said it will be ready in 7 mins" At this point I got irritated, not only because he was asking me to wait even longer but that he acted like it was my fault for being on a time schedule. I simply asked for a refund. They begrudgedly gave me my refund and I left. Not only did this make me late but I had to order Door Dash because I had to go back to work. On a side note, I would not eat here in the future, their cabinets were filthy, disorganized and none of the employees were wearing masks. I'm not too caught up on the no masks but I think it is required for indoor spaces currently. Especially if you are serving food or preparing food. I'm not surprised, the entire staff there seemed High on Mary Jane. I could smell it on them. Find another mountain mikes, this one sucks.
Hayward Industrial location is by far the worst Mt. Mikes. I have ordered from here at least on five different occasions. All the times was below satisfactory. I tried several times hoping that it would get better. However it just seamed to get worse. From the service to the actual pizza. Who ever heard of a 1/4” thick sauce on a pizza. I love Mt. Mike’s but this location is terrible. I even happened to go by and seen a supervisor or manager smoking out in the front of the store. Terrible service. Bad pie’s.
2 hours and 45 min later....cold pizza was delivered! I will never again order from here
Pizza was an hour late arrived warm, no reimbursement and the person on the phone said we'd receive a soda or something complimentary and we never received that.
