The worst mountain mikes location I’ve been to…very unhygienic, nobody washing hands, food laying on the floor I could see through the kitchen. And to make it worse, the old Indian owner guy was extremely rude when our food was 45 MINUTES longer than we were told. Never again
Every time I order boneless wings they will call me back and say they don't have none. I think this is the worst Mountain Mike's in Hayward. Every time I order Garlic stick with cheese and add extra cheese they don't give it to me. Then I will call back and let them know that they didn't give me extra cheese. They would say I will give you 15% on your next order. Then I try to retrieve my 15% on the next order they won't give it to me unless I have the person's name that I ordered it from, since I forgot the person's name. I didn't write it down I didn't get the discount. Even though I spent hundreds of dollars at this place they couldn't give me a measly 15% wow
Good pizza hut terrible front desk person. The pizza is always delayed and the phone is never answered. After ordering on Door dash for pick up they made me wait another 10 mins beyond the delivery time.
I have ordered from this place multiple times on Friday nights. I should of learned my lesson the last time the pizza was extremely cold when delivered. I ordered Pizza yesterday and same thing Pizza was cold and absolutely under cooked. I called to let them know they said they would send another but never did. I called today to talk to a Manger the guy who says his name was Francisco was very rude and did not want offer his managers name. Also he said his manager would be back in a couple hours and that the manager would call. Never did I hear from anyone. Please save your money and time. These people know nothing about quality service.
They were awesome. I ordered my pizza over the phone with Linda and she was amazing. She had a great attitude and she was able to get my order down perfectly. Plus my order was ready right when she said. I really recommend that you order from here, their customer service is amazing. I’m definitely coming back.
Have been ordering from this location for years and it's simply the best pizza I've ever had. I especially love the pepperoni as it's a bit spicy. Delivery can be a little longer during peak periods, especially on weekends but it's worth the wait. If you dine in, check out their selection of beers and other items too!

I tried to order on-line, but, it wouldn't go thru {their website 's kinda ify). I h ad to phone it in. Then I was told NO salad & boneless wings ONLY in buffalo flavor. And, when I go pick-it-up, I had to ask for napkins & NO plates or utensils. And, the guy was kinda eh!!! ( I won't go there again.
