Got 2 Small Gluten Free Snowy Alps with no meat or tomatoes. Only olives, mushrooms and green onions. That's the way we ordered it. We both got food poisoning. I should have stopped eating here a few months ago when my Snowy Alps tasted weird and I turned it over and there was a dark red sauce/blood sticky smear on the bottom of the crust. - Mission Blvd. Hayward location.
I just had over almost $70 worth of food delivered and a $10.00 tip. You know some hot wings, mozzarella sticks, jalapeno poppers, and a small pizza. Also asked for a NEW menu. Not only did I not get a new menu but we did not even get sauce for anythingAny of the appetizers or parmesan cheese and crushed red peppers for the pizza thank you very much Mountain Mike's not again. Food was good...too bad
Was told 30 min. Still sitting here over an hour later for my pizza! This place has really gone downhill the last few months. Used to be good pizza and service. Now, there is neither. Skip this location and visit a different mountain mikes. My .02
Very nice atmosphere, took my order, it was ready in 15 minutes and I am totally happy with my pizza. ??
Horrible and rude service! Been coming to this place for years and they have always had bad service. I love Mountain Mikes pizza so I would still come to this place for convenience. NO MORE!Rude service, one TV, bad bathrooms, cold inside(they won’t turn on the heater) and too many other pizza establishments to go to in Hayward or UC.
