430pm on a Saturday. Decided to give this weird hours (no morning donuts?)place a shot. Well…it was bad. Only 5 flavors of old donuts available. A bunch of employees standing in the doorway of the backroom NEVER even greeted us. Stood there for a while and never got asked for my order. No customers in the building so that wasn’t the issue. Cleanliness was questionable. This place needs to close now and save themselves the remaining investment. Good luck!
It was dirty there were crumbs on almost every table from previous customers. All their napkin dispensers were empty. They messed up my order several times it was overly hyped the food wasn’t good either. The wait time was terrible waited almost a hour for 3 drinks 2 of which they kept getting wrong.

Great place in Hayward to catch a refreshing sweet treat and lunch sandwiches! Will definitely go there again. The mochi donuts are delish and delightful.

I was really excited to try the boba. I asked the employee whether she would recommend the brown sugar boba and she told me “it’s very popular” with a very apathetic tone, but I wasn’t going to let that ruin my visit so I went ahead and order it. I really didn’t like it, it was just milk and the brown sugar was barely there. I’m really disappointed with the service I received therefore I am not planning to go back AND I wouldn’t also recommend it to any of my friends or family.
Forcing people to buy a dozen is ridiculous.

their donuts are really good and the korean corndogs as well :) one thing is, you gotta wait a bit longer, but still, the place is pretty nice
