The Crews were very polite and helpful and the place are very clean inside and outside. A pleasant place if you think of good and quick breakfast..
My shamrock McFlurry was terribly made. Literally just had the syrup and cookie on top and wasn’t mixed. Pretty terrible.
Never was a fan I'll take their coffee because the price is right and you get a refill and it's actually pretty good The only thing I'll eat there is a sausage McMuffin many years ago there fries used to be good
Well, I'm 0 for 4 here when it comes to order correctness. Always ALWAYS something is wrong and requires a trip inside to fix it. I've had to stand in line behind people who also have to wait for a fix.The food is, y'know, McDonald's, so pretty good when it's right. You have to time it right to beat reaaaaally long lines in the drive-thru. More often than not, you're 5-6 cars back or so.Lots of new staff so i'm trying to be patient, but when the employee asks you to park and wait and then has to come out and check what you ordered no less than 3 times, it doesn't inspire confidence.
Disturbing how wrong everything is here ?Ladies come flying out the door handing off bags to random spots !!Manager wants to argue about what you ordered even when you show her your mobile app receipt and order details.Wonder how much this places loses per day... Per hour ?You could literally pull up and park in a mobile order spot and get free food if you're patient enough. They don't care who they give the food to ?
We just came here for two happy meals for our kids. We waited at least 5 minutes at the intercom for someone to take our order. The person on the intercom kept asking us to repeat ourselves and we were speaking loud and clear. We asked for a toy for a boy and a girl and the person said they don’t have genders ? ITS A TOY, YOU KNOW WHAT WE MEAN. After we put our order in, we listened to 4-5 songs before the line even moved. Then we got to the window and they were confused on what we ordered like wut???? It couldn’t have been a more simple order. When we got our food, they gave us two of the exact same toys ? Seriously???? This was the slowest drive thru I have ever been in, and I’m not just talking about the speed of service. The picture sums it up best.
Service was slow. I waited about 10 minutes at the speaker to have my order taken. The food was good though.
I came through drive-thru, food's good of course, just double check what you ordered; they often forget it like ketchup..
Can’t seem to get order correct even after they repeat your order. It is so upsetting that you can’t drive away with the correct order. I will surely take the time to check each and every order no matter how long their line is.
Sub par customer service ordered a big breakfast and they gave it to me in three parts..... ended up paying $17.00 for a big breakfast an oj and 2 hotcakes. They ran out of scrambled eggs and they gave me 2 egg patties instead.........I RARELY ever come here and every time it's always an issue. They give you an attitude when asking for sauces even through you pay $00.25 for one. Etc etc.Seems like all McDonald's in the Hayward area are like this. It's like they hand pick the worst fast food employees.
