Orders consistently are missing items and there is a lack of communication in the kitchen as to what orders are. Also received a cold order from Door Dash once. They need to improve. I've now missed 2 hash browns from the orders I've placed. They also need to improve on the speed of orders.
I hadn't been to this McDonald in a while, I see they had a major upgrade a few years ago and it is very helpful. Particularly in the drive-thru. There are two aisles so that more people can be serviced at once. Unfortunately, the space where this McDonald's is is still a very small space so cars can get very packed in the area. There's not that much parking, so I assume they don't expect many people to actually go inside to eat. That's helpful though since no cars will get stuck because of the large drive-thru line. With that said, during rush hour, specifically around 5:17 p.m. on a Thursday, I was able to get in and out of this line in under 20 minutes. I did only order some french fries and a water though
04/29/2022The evening shift manager, Minerva, needs to re-read a training handbook on the qualities that an "actual" manager/supervisor needs to have. I don't know who promoted her to the role of a manager, but she definitely showed in her behavior towards me that it was an egregious mistake. Instead of even pretending to be apologetic, she would have continued to argue with me if I did not stop to tell her that I just wanted my refund. I remained calm and told her that she could have atleast apologized for the order error, but not once did she apologize. On the way out, I as a customer still thanked her for the refund. McDonald's, please re-evaluate the manager here for lack of professionalism and friendly behavior!
The appearance of the restaurant has improved tremendously after a remodel. Food is the same as any other McDonald's. It gets delivered to your table if you use the kiosk to order. However our experience was dampened by a worker who made mocking sounds of my brother talking in Chinese. This was a blond heavy set Hispanic woman who did it.Parking alert: limited spaces and awkward parking lot.

Practically everyone whose born here in the US went to eat at McDonald's and no one I know who ate here didn't enjoy the food and so do I. McDonald's has always been a great restaurant for everyone and this restaurant started the fast food business courtesy of Ray Croc. I love everything here and you can't go wrong eating here!
Used drive thru. Told to use space #3 to wait for order. Space 3 filled. Waited too long for order to get to me. They were very confused. Wasn't that busy.
1st. The manager in the morning shift Named JUANA was very Unprofessional, my coworkers and myself were eating breakfast inside and were on the cell looking at some videos from my Party when she YELLED You guys are too loud in a very RUDE WAY, to me that's Unprofessional she Didn't even bother to come to OUR table that right there REALLY UPSET ME and we weren't even loud....Coffee was Not HOT to begin with I had my coffee like that cause I really didn't want to bother them, and FOR Her to YELL like the way she did....Really, Really upsets Me...Hopefully STORE MANAGER can See the VIDEOS from the Restaurant it was TUESDAY 02/01/22.....2ND. If the so called Manager JUANA doesn't feel like Competent to Go to Work or if she's having problems at Home call off But DON'T take it out On THE CUSTOMERS....I will not TOLERATE THIS.....
Hot coffee is better than Starbucks and cheaper. My daughter always orders mc nuggets. Still fair prices.
The burger is fine as usual,but the fries still cold ! still,they are the best tasting fries out there,and you earn pts using their mobile app.
